I want to return this item. Folks that are wizzes with iPods, Nanos, Zunes, etc. could not get this to work. It is way to complicated and is not easy to use. I will go on to Apple to purchase an iPod instead. Cody should retire this item from their inventory.

this was a poor product. It never worked. I even gave it to my tech savvy teenager. after many attempts, could not download. I waited too long, or i would have sent it back!!

I am so disappointed in this product!!! what a waste of $$. Way too complicated to set up and the emusic is awful. You will have to spend way too much $$ to get any decent tunes. I have had mine for three weeks and still have not figured out how to use it properly. Every night I spend hours trying to figure out how to download the music to the ipod. Wish I had never bought it. Bad bad bad

The coby player is wonderful. My daughter and I both love it. But DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT sign up for the eMusic account. They are a rip off. I signed up using a paypal account for the "trial period" Cancelled my account on the last day of my trail period, but because i cancelled 14days and 34 minutes after i signed up, they have already charged my account and are REFUSING to reverse the charge. I will never use emusic again nor would i ever refer them to anyone.

I send this back. the battery died out with MP3 is turn off. the free online to download the music is not free you have to paid with a credti card. I never again buy from this guy that sale this item on HSN. this is a waste of money cost me more to paid shipping then the item cost. what a JUNK!!!

I should have known, when it seems to good to be true it's usually too good to be true !!! Not once in the presentations was it mentioned that a credit card was needed in order to activate the "free" music download, and the choices were terrible, nothing like I-Tunes. The price of the unit/speakers was great but not woeth the hassel.

The player is good, however, when I went online to download the music, a credit card was asked for, then the album I wanted to download was available for purchase but not allowed with the free downloads. The albumns that were available were awful. Free music was worthless.

The MP3 player works great! However, the speakers (brought 4) does not work installed new batteries) It should have been mentioned the free songs require a credit card that's billed montly after 14 days. We brought 4 in total for teens (not old enough to have credit) C/S said return all 4 to replace the speakers. Not sure if it is worth the money to return might still get broken speakers. I've been buying from HSN for 10+ yrs. this is the 1st item that I have been displeased with my purchase.
