Twelve calls, at an average of 45 to 60 minutes each, people you barely understand, reading them the same information, countless times, being disconnected, never being able to speak to the same person, never getting a straight answer and never getting the phone turned on. If turning the phone on is this bad, just imagine what a billing error would be like. Net 10 is a joke. The worst customer service experience ever. The poor rating is not low enough.
