I recently purchased this piece of garbage of product after purchasing the GE phone system. I was told that the headset was compatable with the phone system. NOT!! I had to call a 800 # at GE which took me to an automated system and was not able to speak with a live person until my 8th attempt. I spoke with a cust rep. told me I should follow different instructions that were not stated in the handbook. Still didnt work, called again and spoke to another Rep at GE by the name Gorgious...well...she was very UGLY on the phone and yelled at me as if I was dumb. After I told her to quit yelling at me because I was the one who should be upset ...now I have to send my phone system plus my 2 lousy headsets that dont work with proof of purchase to the GE Company. Now Im without a phone that worked just fine. Dont buy the cheap headsets!! I gave it 1 star but I really want to give it minus 5 stars. This is the first time ever I have been disapointed with a product from HSN. What a nightmare!!

Headset does work with GE Dect 6.0 phones. Set up was frustrating. After 30 minutes of trial & error, I pressed the negative button on the volume control of the headset & it paired with the phones. The headband is more comfortable than the over the ear head piece. Luv the phones & headset is great if u get it to work. Hope this helps.

does not work with this phone system.
why they continue to send me the same head set is beyond me.
spent over 16 mins. trying to get the rep and supv.
to understand. they continued to blame it on the manufacturer; then sent out the 2nd head set, that does not work. I rate this product as (POOR), as well as hsn's staff.
QVC has much better customer service. they would have handled this matter in a more professional manner, and would not have inconvienced me as such.
why they continue to send me the same head set is beyond me.

for two weeks been trying to get this headset to work w/ the 6.0 set! HSN should have proactively called me to inform me of their error! The whole reason I ordered the system. I'm sending it all back.

I assumed because it was offered alongside the phone I ordered, that it was compatible. It does not work with the GE 6.0 DECT Triple Handset Phone with Answering System. This was very misleading, and now I have to try and return it at my expense.

This headset does not work with model # 28223EE like they said it would.
