Made this for Christmas dinner and was impressed with the flavor and the stuffing tasted great(just like apples and almonds)no problem with telling what it was. I did add some water to the pan to keep it moist and it came out good. I bet it would of been even better if I used a cooking bag. Will try with next one.

Was really excited to try this product, while meat was moist, the stuffing did not taste to me like any apples were in it. The bell pepper taste dominated, and the rice just made it too crunchy for me. The cost was rather pricey too for a 3 lb turkey breast. Just trying to make holiday cooking a little easier! Won''t be buying this a second time.

Came out very dry and stuffing was gritty (took out of oven within 30 seconds of timer popping)

I served this last night for Thanksgivig... yummy! The taste was super and the meat was very moist - not at all dry! I did sprinkle a bit of olive oil on top before cooking and the timer did not pop up, but I used a meat thermmeter and it could not have been a better main course! I will definately be ordering this again for my family!!

Just served this for my Thanksgiving Dinner and everyone thought it was great. My timer did work, but I did need to keep it in a little longer,,,but I do understand everyones oven cooks differently. I never did receive directions with mine, but I went on HSN.com and just did it by the 18 min. per pound at 400 degrees. The turkey was not dried out-- just right and the stuffing was good. Saw the almonds and the taste was moist also. Would definitely consider ordering again.

Cooked this for my Thanksgiving turkey today. First the instructions differ from what is on the package and on HSN product page. My thermoneter did not pop up - Let it cook for about another 15 minuntes - was afraid it would over cook. Was difficult to slice even after removing string. I cooked sliced pieces in microware just to make sure it was throughly cooked. I would say the flavor was OK but the stuffing tasted "stove-top" minced. Never did she any apples!! Not worth the money.

The Popup timer worked fine. The Turkey was moist and didn''t need a drop of gravy or salt. The Giblet Stuffing had a very strong taste of liver. Not a sign or Apple or Almond. It was moist but was it supposed to taste like liver or was it bad? There is also very little stuffing. Only about 1/3 of the center of the breast has any. I really looked forward to the apple/almond dressing. That was what draw me to this. Did I get the wrong item? My friend said that hers was Okay?????? Refund, Please

THe thermometer didn''t work. There was only a meager amount of dressing THe dressing was soggy and lacked flavor. I added wine to te pan for te final three minutes
Timer Took FOREVER to Pop Up---1/3 BURNT!!!

The instruction says about 25 minutes per pound and wait for the timer to pop up. Mine was 3.15 lb. The timer took 2.5 hours to pop up. About 1/3 of the turkey was burnt!!! I had to cook something else for my family...after they waited 2.5 hours!!! HSN offered full refund.
Well worth the money!

This was the best turkey breast, very moist! I served it at a dinner party that included my MOTHER-IN-LAW ("worlds great authority on food") and SHE LOVED IT!!! Actually, I got nothing but wonderful compliments and no left overs. |
