WHEN I CALLED TO PURCHASE THE CERTIFICATES AND HAVE THEM SHIPPED OVERNIGHT OR EXPRESS THE PROCESS OF BUYING THE G.C. WAS VERY DIFFICULT. IT WILL TAKE 10 DAYS TO GET MAILED OR I CAN HAVE THEM SENT TO AN EMAIL ADDRESS TODAY BUT I HAVE TO ORDER THEM ONLINE AND THE EMAIL I RECIEVE WILL ONLY HAVE THE G.C. NUMBER NOT THE ACTUAL G.C. SO I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO WRAP UP A G.C. NUMBER WRITTEN ON A PIECE OF PAPER AND NO ACTUAL G.C.
Very very slow...

Takes 3-4 days to get in the email, and another 3 days to ship. No way to track the shipment either. If Amazon can get a shipment out in 20 minutes and have it trackable, why can''t HSN?

I ordered a gift certificate and a month and a half later still have not received it. I have sent at least 5 e-mails and called, every time dealing with a different customer service rep. I will NEVER do business with HSN again and have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

might take over 10 days to get hard copy and you may use only 1 certificate per order, but you''''ll call customer service as soon as shipping status is "shipped" they will give you a # you may use right away or even transfer all your gift certificates into spendable cash so you may use all the money at once

After reading previous reviews about certificates via email, I called customer service specifically to avoid problems. I was assured the recipient would receive the certificate via email! A week has now past. After calling to cancel, I was told the certificate was being sent to me in the mail. HAPPY SPECIAL BIRTHDAY MOM!!!

I ordered a gift certificate thinking my recepient would be notified by e-mail as another reviewer had said. 5 days later my recepient still has not gotten notification of the gift certificate and HSN has not shipped it either! Won''t order another. Very disappointed |
