I got this gift card for my sister for her birthday and the only bad thing about it is she can''t decide what to get! Very easy to buy. She checked her email that day and got it right away.

Ordering a gift certificate for my wife's birthday caused no problems and she loved it! In just 24 hours (in plenty of time for her birthday) she received a notification about her gift certificate by e-mail. Included was a personal message I had added. About a week later, she received a hard-copy, paper gift certificate by regular mail. Everything went as smoothly as it could have. HSN came through and did not let me down.

I highly recommend HSN Gift Certificates! I gave one as a birthday gift and the reciever got a wonderful email announcing the surprise with the GC# included... so she could start using it right away! She was so thrilled. I was thrilled that my gift was such a hit!

In theory this should have been a great thing. I told my mother to get me a gift certificate to use against the Travelpro Luggage they had on sale. She ordered it on June 1st and told I'd receive it in 24 to 48 hours. Well it's June 7th and I still haven't received it. Even after the 1st call to said it had been shipped and would be received on the 5th my birthday. Yesterday I was told it wasn't even shipped till the 5th. Now the luggage is sold out, they won't refund my mothers money and I have a gift certificate to use on nothing I want. Be very careful if you're even thinking about this!!!

Tried to order this for a birthday gift. Needless to say the birthday came but not the gift certificate. The web site and customer service give you the impression that the recipient will receive the certificate immediately after the order is placed if you wish the recipient to receive the certificate via email. The recipient does not receive the certificate right away. It takes 48 hours or more via email and via the mail I was advised it takes more than two weeks to arrive because it is specialty item. The birthday has passed and I am still waiting for my certificate to be delivered via email or in the mail. Give yourself a month or don't bother.

This was my Christmas gift this year from one of my seven siblings. I have to say this was my favorite! She presented me with a print out of the certificate number, which she took the time to hand decorate. She put it in a nice card and I was able to use it right away. I was not upset at all to receive the number and not the actual HSN designed certificate. I got to pick exactly what I wanted as soon as I wanted. This definately tops my wish list!

Unhappy with this service. Was looking forward to ordering several certificates during the holidays but after the difficulty the gift receiver had in using this service, I do not plan on ever using this service again.

I ordered 2 gift certificates on Monday and was told I'd receive them via email within 12 hours. On Tuesday, I hadn't received them so I called and was told, no, not 12 hours, 24 hours, you'll get them tonight. On Wednesday, still no email, so I called, and was told, no, not 24 hours, 48 hours, you'll have them by morning. Well, it's now Thursday and still no email. I need to give this present today. They're answer to this is I can write down the gift certificate numbers in a card and present it as a gift that way. Just how tacky is that? I've cancelled the order and now have to run out during lunch and buy something else. Don't order these if you need them soon.

I bought 2 of these gift certificates for a friends birthday & Christmas present. She has everything & only shops off of tv. This is a perfect gift for a HSN shopper! They can buy what they want with the gift certificate. No fuss No muss HSN WHAT TOOK YOU SO LONG BRINGING THIS TO US? I just love this idea!!!!!!!

An HSN gift certificate is a great gift. I received two of them, but I was a little disappointed that you can only use one gift certificate per order. Consequently I still had to end up paying a balance. |
