Received the May issue like everyone else. The back page of the magazine was totally ripped off. Also, have not received my samples. Very disappointed.....with Allure Magazine and HSN for not guaranteeing what they were selling.

Allure is my favorite magazine; I would have ordered it without the free gift. Having said that... I did not receive my gift "yet" either. Hoping the gift will arrive at a later date.

Like the other 2 viewers, and I got the May magazine and NO free gift today (Jun 15). I called HSN, they only gave me the Elle number for me to deal with Elle. Bascially, HSN says it is not her responsibility, HSN is just a third party. I am very annoyed by that. I never subscribed to any magazines before until HSN because I know those magazine companies are hard to deal with. And that''s why I subscribe magazine through HSN because HSN has good customer service, I guess not so much now :(

Wow! Along with everyone else I also got the May issue on June 12th! AND NO FREE GIFT!!!! I really hope they correct this issue!

Love the magazine-as I knew I would-and the price is great but I ordered 15 May. Today 15 June I received the May issue (they had to send it as the subscription shows it runs through April 09). To date I have not received the free samples.

I''ve never left a bad review but this item was a "good deal", but never received my Sephora items.... Had to call Allure Customer service... Need to focus more on accuracy when promising things...

Allure is the BEST for us cosmetic junkies. Well-written, nice layouts, pretty pictures, and GOOD advice. The gifts from Sephora will be a pleasant surprise, and a way to try new products without having to buy & return all the time. Would recommend. |
