This cameo always makes people do a "double take" when they see it on me. I treted myself to it for my 34th birthay last december. It is dementional (raised off your chest) as you wear it. I wear it everyday with everthing. My 2 and 1/2 year old daughter calls it "Pretty" and loves to pet it as I wear it. As a pendant it is the perfect interview piece with the matching earring and ring that ai also own. I could not be more satisfied with is cameo purchase, I am working on the matching bracelet for my 35th this december. "Ladies this is the ultra feminine."

I received this Cameo about a year ago and it is excellent in quality. I have 7 of the cameo's that you have from M&M Scognamiglio and love them all. Each one is different and has a special meaning. They will be passed ddown to my Grand-daughters.

I have always wanted a cameo but did not really find anything that I absolutely fell in love with in the stores. I finally decided on this piece and I'm glad I did. It is a big bold piece of jewellry but it's also very delicate. I understand that each piece is hand carved so each one is unique. My piece does not look exactly like the carving in the picture but the young woman looks exquisite nevertheless. I get plenty of compliments everytime I wear it. It's well worth the price.

This cameo is so striking! I recieve compiments on it all the time. People ask me if it's an antique! The carving is exquistite and it is a genuine piece of art which I will always treasure and will pass on to my daughter someday.

I have had this cameo for about a year and it really is elegant. The carving of a young woman gives a look of looking slightly upward, a look only a young person has as they begin something new with anticipation. It is so very beautiful on a Michael Anthony glitter rope chain as well as a velvet ribbon. It is a show stopper -- eyes are drawn to it. The gold setting is perfect. This is a great buy for such a lovely piece. Thanks Scognamiglio.
