Ok, first of all, I love AL and his products and keep coming back to re-order my favs but this is not one of them! I honestly don''t feel any difference when taking this - no pep in my step and i''ve been taking religiously for one month. I will keep since i got it as a TS ($19+free s/h) for 120 caps and take the rest until i run out. I will continue to take his other vits such as CoQ10, Circ Leg & Vein, Healthy Hair, etc. Still love you Andrew!!

Just one a day for maximum benefits. It was recommended by my physician to take B12 supplements. I got a couple injections to jump start and have been taking these for several years now.I started on a lower dose and added on until I could feel the difference.AL''s are perfect.I can''t stress enough how important it is to have and how much better you''ll feel.

I''ve been taking this product for 10 days now and what a difference. My energy is back to where it should be and even better. I had gotten so run down with the declining health and death of my Mother my Doctor was considering B-12 injections. I orederd this and let him read the label and he was impressed. He told me to try it for 2 months and call him. I don''t know why I''m surprised, just another great, pure product from this wonderful line. Thanks Andrew,

I take several of Andrew''s vitamins in the AM. Since I started taking one of these in the morning, I have noticed that I develop cramps and a bout of diarrhea in the afternoon. No one else has mentioned this in the reviews. I am thinking that this is the product that''s doing it because it started when I started taking this. That''s my only complaint. My doctor told me to take B6 for nerve pain in my feet and legs. We''ll see if it works.

This is something that works wonderful, I send it to my 91 yr old Father and I take it. It has help his memory and his Depression. Only thing is, the wait for this product is much to long. We both love the product. Please put on auto delivery!!!

Thank you Andrew for this product. Before I started taking this product I used to feel sluggest and tired in the afternoon. Not anymore I feel like I have to much energy now and I feel so alert. I ran out one time and I couldn''t understandd why I was so tired but then I realize it''s because I wasn''t taking the product. Thank you, thank you

I''VE BEEN TAKING THIS FOR 7 DAYS. I CAN GO THROUGH MY DAY WITHOUT FEELING TIRED AND SLEEPY ANYMORE. THIS DOES WORK. I FEEL MUCH MORE ALERT. I''M VERY PLEASED. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE QUANTITIES OF THE B COMPLEX VITAMINS. I BOUGHT IT MAINLY FOR THE B-12, BUT WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF IT CONTAINS ENOUGH FOLIC ACID.

I bought these for my husband who is 56. I had heard that low B-12 could be causing some of his symptions. He is a different person since taking this product. He''s much calmer and it is wonderful!I take them too. It is truly a feel the difference product. |
