Easy to Set Up

Purchased last Gateway TS laptop. Instructions with product are very easy to understand. Was up and running in just a few minutes. Only called tech support to get advice and assurance about on-line security so neighbors or "intruders" cannot use wireless technology at my expense. First call I waited a few minutes and hung up. Waited about 1/2 hour longer and tried again and reached a very knowledgable person who explained things well and the laptop works very well with this product.

It took less that 5 minutes to hook up. I have been enjoying the wireless network!!!!

Got the router a couple weeks ago and (I''m NO techie)it literally took me about 2 minutes to set up! Not a single problem /w it.

I WORKED 3 DAYS TRYING TO GET IT SET UP.CALLED TECH HELP BELKIN AS AS OTHERS HAVE SAID WENT ON HOLD FOR 30-45 MINS EACH TIME AFTER THEY FINALLY CONNECTED YOU TO A TECH COULD NOT HELP U THEN HE WOULD DISCONNECT YOU AND YOU WOULD HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN, EVEN TECH COULD NOT DO IT BECAUSE THEY WERE TO BUSY READING INSTRUCTION ON THEIR ON LINE AND WOULD NOT ANSWER U WHEN YOU WOULD ASK A QUESTION BECAUSE THEY WERE TO BUSY READING INSTRUCTIONS. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!

We''ve got two desktop computers, and a new laptop has set me free! I bought the belkin and it was fast to set up. I had to call the Belkin help line, but that was easy and it took 5 minutes and I was done, and it is now working great. I''m glad I got it!

I was very disappointed when I received the router that the operator offered when I order my Gateway laptop and decided to do some price comparisons...better late than never. $15-$20 cheaper on many sites. I am very disappointed because I do a lot of shopping on HSN and have trusted them to have a better than fair price. I''ll think twice before ordering again.

I am new to the world of computers so this is my first purchase of a labtop and router. I am very please with my Belkin router which works excellent with my Vista. The router was easy to install for me. Since it''s the only computer in the house for now, I had to purchase a Cat-5 for the labtop to connect to the internet. No problems!! Again thanks HSN for quite a bargain!!

works great with my system Gateway computer w windows Vista that I also purchased from hsn was easy to set up in 20 minutes with no problems I use this upstairs with a usb adapter and the main router is on the first level of he home I have no problems connecting with the internet..I know there were some people that ahd problems if had vista software but I was okay with mine
Wasted 2hours

This router sucks. I followed the set up guide It dit not work. I called the 1800number for help. They kept me on the phone for almost 2 hours, swiching form operater to operater. Finally one told me to send the router to them because it was malfunctioning. But I will just be returning it to HSN ASAP
