Heels weren''t stable

I love the style of this shoe, & the quality of the leather is great. My issue was with the heel. When I took the shoes out of the box & sat them on the counter, they would not stand up straight, the shoe wobbled from side to side. I also found the heel too high. Bellini please make more shoes in these great fashion-forward styles with a 2 to 2-1/2" heel instead of 3+ inches. Not everyone can or wants to wear that high of a heel, but we want sexy and stylish shoes, too.

Received this shoe in silver and the style and fit are very sexy. The only thing about the pair I received was that the heals on both shoes were scuffed, enough that I planned on sending them back for another pair. Unfortunately they don''t have my size, so I''ll probably keep them, but HSN should take note of the quality control. I wouldn''t expect to pay $40 for shoes that have scuff marks on them. Other than that, the shoe is beautiful.

These shoes are beautiful. However, where is HSN quality control? I ordered the yellow, and they are over-sprayed with orange on the heel and a little on the front of one of the shoes. It is very irritating to receive a damaged product and have to go through the process of returning. I purchased before the big Bellini event the other day where they sold out. HSN, please do a better job.

Picture does not do these shoes any justice! I received yesterday in the white, they are adorable and for this price! Going back for more colors, cannot see how the zipper works in the picture, it''s so different and fun. Comfortable too! Heel not too high or low. Reason for 4 stars vs 5, they run a little large, I am a true 6, received a 6 but a little big. Keeping anyway. Order more than one color now, you will regret if you don''t. |
