WOW!! I luv my new Bissell Steam Mop!! I have a dog and cat and 3 kids and my floors were always getting dirty but not no more now they sparkle!! This is a life saver! I have cream colored ceramic tiled floors and this mop does an awesome job cleaning them! The mop heats up fast and very easy to use and the kids can use it too! I was just shocked how clean my floors got with just steam! A must have item! Thanks to HSN free shipping & flex pay!

I have had my bissel steam mop since April. It is so easy to use and everything feels so clean and sanitized. I have even used it to get a stain out of my carpet (I raised it from the carpet about an inch). It heats up fast you just throw the pads in the washing machine with a little bleach and they come out wonderful.

This is the best steam mop I''ve ever used and I have used a few. The best part is it heats up fast,and you don''t have to turn it off and wait for it to cool before you can refill.Just fill and go.There''s no puddles on the floor and it cleans great. It''s nice just throwing the covers in the wash and starting over with a clean one everytime. Nice length of cord to do a large area also.

I love this Steamer lite weight works very well on old dirt.Daughter moved into a older house was going to replace the kitchen floor. I said let me clean it with my steamer. WOW it looks new and yes the floor does get wet. But who cares it saved alot of money cleaning instead of replacing. A keeper for sure.

My tile''s grout has returned to its original color! The steam mop works great, but there IS a learning curve.1) Your hard surface must be vacuumed or swept first.2)Use distilled water to make your unit last longer.3) Dispurse steam in 2-3 second bursts, NOT continuously or your surfaces and thus the cleaning pads get too wet and leave water behind.4) Change your cleaning pads AS SOON as they get dark or you''ll leave dirty water behind.Once you do these 4 things, mopping is a breeze-fast & easy!

I''m so glad I bought this mop! I have 3 small kids so it gets a LOT of use (sometimes twice a day). It heats up fast, powers through juice and other gunk my kids manage to get stuck on my floor. Today, I pulled out my mop & bucket, mopped the floor the OLD way, and then went over it with the steam mop and was horrified to see how much dirt was still on the mop pad after I had JUST mopped with a mop and Mr. Clean allpurpose. I KNOW my floors are so much cleaner and without all the chemicals!

This product was not at all what it claimed to be. The demo. specifically stated it dries almost instantly. I found this left water on my hardwood floors - which is damaging. It did not at all dry like they indicated. The handle was also very hard to continously hold down - - it should have had a latch to keep it in the clean position. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

This is an awesome product! My entry is from the patio and my kitchen floor is always dirty. The Steam Mop cleans the floor back to white in less than 5 minutes!! It is the best purchase I have made in a very long time. My bathroom tile is also bright white again and cleaning is no big deal anymore! I''m finished in a flash!

This is the best "mop" I have ever bought and I have purchased every mop out there! It is actually fun to clean my floors now. My 16 year old son tries to take it away from me! For a kid who hates chores that says alot. My floors feel so clean on my bare feet now. There is no doubt the old mops were leaving behind a film of DIRT. I feel great that this product only uses water and the temperature of the steam disinfects without any chemicals. I''m going to order one for my parents for Christmas.

I couldn''t wait to get this .I opened it got it all put together read the directions but it did nothing to my tile floor except take the tile right off the floor didn''t even clean the floor sent right back.It may work for some floors but not mine |
