I found out from my floor manufacture that this machine is NOT safe on all hard wood floors nor is it safe on linoleums floors It may loosen the glue under the linoleum. To my surprise HSN did not back up there product. Even thought they falsely advertised this product as being safe ON ALL FLOORS. Which tells me there hosts do not know there products so beware when buying from this company I have since closed my account I will not buy from someone I do not trust.

after using the Bissell steam mop on my hard wood floor, i am now left with a $500 bill to refinish my floor. the mop took the shine from the floor, but it works great on the kichen floor. i will give the mop an F on hardwood floor and an A on tile.

YOU MUST TRY THIS.IT CLEANS ANYTHING OFF THE FLOOR WITH LITTLE EFFORT {GUM,GLUE }AND BEST OF ALL YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CLEAN THE MACHINE WHEN YOU ARE DONE JUST THROW DIRTY PAD IN WASHER AND YOU ARE DONE. I LOVE IT!!!!!!! GREAT FOR MY HOUSE WITH 3 KIDS AND DOGS.EVEN MY KIDS LIKE IT {AGES 4,9,15}THEY FIGHT OVER WHO GETS TO MOP. YOU REALLY GOT TO LOVE THAT!!!

I bought this to steam clean the areas where my pets are. After cleaning with a mop or even a rag with the best cleaner seems to still leave a smell. But when I use this there is no oder and it gets everything up in no time. I also use it on my linoleum floors and it is great, drys in no time, and my floors shine, no more mopping for me. Thanks for the greast deal on this item HSN!

After looking at steam mops for a year, I saw the demonstration for this on HSN and decided to order it. As soon as it arrived I filled it with distilled water, plugged it in, and in about 30 seconds, I was mopping. The kitchen floor that I thought was clean was anything but; the pad made me ashamed of how dirty my floor really was. I use it at three times a week and my kitchen floor has never been cleaner. The bathroom floor sparkles, too. HSN, thanks for a wonderful product!

I love the bissell steam mop. I have tried several other kinds and brands and this one cleans well without using chemicals.

I had another floor steamer and it was junk. I have watched demo''s on this and read the great reviews so I decided to give it a try. Glad I did. It only took a few minutes to put the handle on and add water and your ready to go. It was light weight which is a plus since I have arthirtis and fibromyalgia. It cleaned the floor to a sparkle clean. Dried in a few minutes. I can only speak from my experience and I love this item. Once we get our hardwood floors sealed I will be using on them also.

Love this mop. I''m an older lady and it is so light and easy to use. Wish I had it many years ago. The floors won''t be too wet if you don''t press the steam button too much. I bought one for my daughter who has a large house and she uses it on all flat surfaces, incl. hardwood, and loves it. It makes the floors feel so clean - much cleaner than a regular mop. Buy it!!!!!

I hate to mop, but I love this cleaner. I love to go bare foot so I need my floors clean and this is the trick. It''s light and easy to use. I will be cleaning my floors more often. Thanks |
