Not sure about this product yet - I had problems

After 3 tries, it seems clean, but after tries 1-2 with tap water, the surface looked hazy. Try no. #3 looked better. I called Bissell and they didn''t have a clue why. They said they were sending me more mop heads. DUH! I thought maybe it was the minerals in the tap water so then I tried distilled. Did it all again. Ceramic tile looks okay now, but it TOOK SOME THE FINISH OFF OF MY NEVER-WAX FLOORING!!!! Thank goodness it''s in a small bathroom. Mine will go back.

This mop is great! I have clean floors and it takes less time to clean them!

I have 3 kids 4 and under...my floors are always messy. I confess, I rarely mopped ''cause what was the point. Now, after sweeping or vacuuming the kitchen floor, I just fill the water in the steamer, plug in and almost immediately start to mop the floor. It''s quick and easy and it''s nice to know the floor is clean for my young ones. The downside is that my linoleum floors are a tad duller than if I used a chemical to mop up the floor, but I can live with that. I highly recommend this product.

I was very upset by the comments here of floor drenched after cleaning and laminate warped. I decided to try it anyway. Common sense says that the cloth is going to get too wet to hold more water. My solution, just get another pad. It really did melt the spots off the tile! The other comment that got my attention was the warping floor. While the steam is hot, I can only imagine that you could warp the floor by leaving it too long in one spot. It cleaned my wood floors impressively!
Quit working during 2nd use

Very disappointed. Used for 10 minutes the first day I got it. The next day was using for less than 5 minutes and it just stopped working. It went straight back along with extra cloth head kit and warranty I paid extra for.
Now I Love to Mop!

My floors have never looked cleaner! I love it that this mop has steam to clean my floors. And the plus is that you can just steam lightly or, if needed, apply more steam to get your floors clean. I don''t care if my floors seem wet because, after all, I''m WASHING the floor. It''s supposed to be a little wet. Also, having cats and a grandson, I''m glad not to be using toxic chemicals on my floor. Having the 4 cleaning pads is great, too.

I''ll admit, I was a bit skeptical. I associate soap with cleaning. I''ve been looking at this mop for quite some time and decided to try it based on the reviews on HSN. It really and truly cleans fabulously! My floors have never felt this clean. I have ceramic tile throughout and even used it on the floor of the master bedroom shower! Thank you HSN for a wonderful product! Also, I received my mop so quickly - ordered it on a Sunday afternoon and was mopping away three days later!

works like a charm! I''ve used it three times already and each time I''m shocked at the difference it makes on my tile floors. You can literally see the difference in the color of the tile. These floors were neglected for YEARS by the previous owners and they almost look new again. I would never go back to the old way of mopping. Easy to operate, clean up is a breeze and the microfiber pads washed up beautifully!

I have a hard time keeping my hardwood floors clean with 3 large dogs in and out. This mop is saving me time and money and does a much better job than the old sponge mop or those throw away mops you can get. It''s not bone dry after cleaning but it does dry quickly and I couldn''t be happier. I was also worried that the washable microfiber mop pads would be hard to keep clean but they too clean up well in the washer. This works for me!!!
SUPER!! RECOMMENDING TO EVERYONE!!!

I will also not go back to the old way of mopping floors. I swept and hand mopped my floors then went over with the Bissell. I could not believe there was still dirt on my "clean" floors. It took me 1/3 of the time it usually takes to mop my floors the old way. I have had NO problems with streaking or puddling of water. One of my best HSN purchases. |
