I really wanted to like this mop but after a couple uses, I have to say I''ve used better steam mops. I happen to like the new Shark steam mop better. The Shark heats up in 30 sec and is only 3 lbs. Steam power is better as well on the Shark. The Bissell just left my floors too wet. Sorry but this one is getting returned.

Needs a plate to sit it on if you need to leave for a min..It would just help to have a safe place to let it rest on.Also a pad with a little more to it.I have textured floors and its hard even with all that steam to get into those low spots.Some kind of textured pad?.It would be helpful in getting the floors really clean..Otherwise I love it and just ordered one for my daughter.If the plate and the pads are improved on I should like them as an option rather then buying with the steamer.

This mop is awesome!! It is as easy as it appears in the demo. All you do is add water and wait 3-5 mins. and the mop is heated and ready to go. If something is stuck on the floor hold it over whatever it is and it steams it right off. The mop is light and easy to maneuver. This is one of the best purchases ever!!.

I was worried about this steamer working...but it does...and WELL!!! Yes some water is left on the floor but very little and the floor os spotless.

I use the steam mop often, and I am pleased with the results it cleans the floor, removing even stubborn stains. I will have to invest in additional mop heads shortly. But it is a good investment for me. The floor does get wet, but drys quick enough. I have even added cleaner to the water and it hasn''t hurt the machine. The steam is super hot too.

mopped 2 bathrooms and they came out clean and dry. The ones that reviewed this and said floor was wet may have been holding the button down too long. It work fine for me and love it very much.

I received this item last week, so far I''ve used it daily and have to say that I''m very impressed with the results. With 2 small children in my home, I feel good about the clean results this item gives me, no streaks, fast drying and super easy to use. It''s the perfect cleaning companion for busy moms. I highly recommend this steam mop.

I JUST RECIEVED MY STEAM MOP DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY.I USED IT RIGHT AWAY.I WAS SO AMAZED TO SEE HOW MUCH DIRT IT DID GET UP...I LOVE THIS...I HAVE A IN HOME POMERANIAN AND I FEEL THAT MY FLOORS ARE SANITIZED NOW EVEN MORE SO THAN USING CHEMICAL PRODUCTS..THANKS BISSELL AND HSN...

Just tried out my Steam Mop yesterday for the first time. I was very impressed. I cleaned all my floors in half the time it use to take me. Before I had to mop and then go over the whole floor again with a bath towel to get rid of all the streaks. No need to do this process now! I did use the distilled water which was a great tip and worth it. I put together on my own with no troubles. Took about two min. Give it a try and save yourself some time. |
