I placed this order just a few days ago and to my surprise it arrived so quickly! Thanks HSN! I was so excited. Setup was so easy I could not believe it. I hate complicated product. On top of this it works like a dream. Beautiful perfect color copies. I have not tried the other features yet but so far so good. And the value is exceptional! Its exactly what I wanted! Absolutely no disappointments! This is one of those products you know that you will love for a long long time.

This is the best printer I have ever bought. I was able to easily hard wire the printer to my computer but I personally could not figure out how to network it so the rest of the house could use it. I will have to call the company on that note but I really have no complaints. The pictures are sharp and clear and the printed copies are wonderful. No complaints. I really love it.

Great out the box..easy to set-up following Quick Setup Guide..seen instantly on my network, tested every feature..all worked fine..bright and clear display..easy to follow menu..printed great pics from SD card, camera, and pc. Full ink cartidges and software..even better deal! Used for home business..gets the job done. Ordered 4/21/08, rec''d 4/24! Thanks HSN and Brother for great product and service!

I don''t consider myself as being technically challenged but the set up is not as easy as some state. I was able to set up wirelessly and as a result was unable to connect my computer wirelessy. Took time and patience to get back on line BUT ONLY after disconneting the printer. I''m sure I work thru the problems and have BOTH up and running together eventually. May have rated higher if not for the set-up.

Had this baby for about 2 weeks now, and the setup was easy. I have a wep code for my router, but I followed the directions in the manual, and my wireless connection to my laptop was up and working within 5 minutes. Very good quality 4X6 photos if you select the right settings. I am very impressed with this item.

I decided that it might be beneficial to have three new features - Color, Wireless, and Media Card Reader. The MFC 685CW is not hard to set up unless you are going to use the wireless option. It is not difficult to set up secure network operation, just a little tedious as there is only a telephone keypad to input alphanumeric characters. Brother quality continues and I''m pleased with this excellent product!

The 5 in 1 is a good product but I would recommend obtaining from local store, same product, same price. Answering machine has many quirks but printer/fax/scan function is okay. Fine quality is good. Time consuming set up, but aren''t all high tech machines with lots of features.

I purchased this printer back in December when it was the Today''s Special Value. Best purchase I have ever made from HSN. The setup was extremely easy and the print quality for both photo and normal printing is exquisite! I had the wireless network set up in no time! This is indeed a bargin well worth the price. I recommend this printer to anyone who is looking for an exceptional all in one. You can''t go wrong! |
