Nice bag but poor quality strap

I got the gray and loved the bag but the strap was cracking after one week so I have returned it. The patent finish on the top of the strap was a wrong choice of material or of poor quality otherwise this would have been a great bag.

Ladies, I just got this purse for Christmas, and I love, love, love it. I just took it out today, and got compliments from every gal I saw! I accidently spilled my juice on it this morning and thought I was going to die! But, I quickly found a rag, watered it down, wiped the juice and their are NO stains at all! This is a classey, chic purse and I love it! What a bonus to know that this leather can clean well with water. :)

The picture online was of a rich gray suede handbag with expensive looking trim. But what showed up on my doorstep was an oversized, dull, and cheap looking suede handbag that is not worth the price. This bag goes back tomorrow.

No matter that I looked at the stated measurements and decided this bag would be okay, nothing prepared me for the HUGE size of this "handbag." As I see it, this is not a handbag, but is a tote. Still, it is very handsome and I would have kept it, but for the fact that, when carried, the whole thing collapses in on itself, not only side to side, but front to back, as well. The "slouchy" factor goes way beyond trendy. Sad to say, my first Falchi is going back.

has a cheap yellowish looking piece of plastic across the top, which made bag look very cheap. Got the tan, loved the bag itself & the croc flap was nice, but the handle made me return it. It just didn''t go w/the bag & looked like an afterthought. Love my other Chi bags; have lots of them.

Ladies, I am the proud owner of several designer handbags and this one by far has to be one of my top favorite!!! This bag is so chic and on trend that I''m going back to order it in blue (I purchased the grey). Don''t miss this bag!! Can''t wait until it comes back in the tan color.

Got this bag in the black...absolutely stunning!! I have a number of other Chi bags...love them all. This bag is expensive, elegant and casual rolled into one.

I recently received my handbag. Purchased it in black, the quality is great. The suede is very soft and the crocodile flap really adds an expensive touch. I wanted a high quality handbag for casual wear. I am very pleased with it. Thanks Carlos!!!

I just received my bag today and it is a nice good bag. i guess the fist reviewer want something that will weight her down because this is a good bag and a large hobo. girls it look just like what you saw on tv. i purchased the navy it is all that. so, girls order this bag and just like the first reveiwer if you don''t like it mail it back.
