I got this as the TSV in the whiskey color and I absolutely love it. It is very functional and easy to get your stuff in and out. Everybody comments on it how unusual it looks and they all think that I got it in Europe. I guess I was lucky with mine since it has arrived in perfect condition and I hope it will go on sale soon as I am definately coming back for the white if it is still available.
Where is quality control??

Love Carlos''s regular line, but this will probably be my last CHI purchase. I got this bag in whiskey. It arrived with silver paint splotches on the outside leather and the stitching around the handles was crooked and unfinished. I did an exchange, and the second one was worse than the first! Torn snakeskin, scratched leather...very disappointing.

Got it in pewter and couldn''t love it more. Compared it to bags at Nordstroms and I think the quality for the price is exceptional.

I am amazed at the reviews ... go look at the price of this quality of leather... I love an understated bag... Got the whiskey.. will go with jeans... or dress it up with a colorful scarf.... I own a lot of nice bags this is one of my favorites.. the whipstitch is what make the bag understated... Not some garish jewels stuck on the handle... Jan

i ordered the ivory and the whiskey and was so diapointed at the quility and workmanship they went back which is not something i do often.

I really like this bag. The whiskey is just what I''ve been looking for in color and style. I wore this to a gathering and turned 2 ladies on to the bag. This is a great bag that sells itself. The straps don’t always stay up but it is a satchel, not a hobo. Only wish it had feet on the bottom. Overall for the price, this bag has quality leather, workmanship & style.

I ordered this bag in the ivory and when I opened the box I was very disappointed. I didn''t like the look of this bag. It looked more casual than I had thought it looked on TV. Sent it back.

This bag is so well thought out, from the magnets to close the open side pockets, to the double tabbed zipper on the central, secure pocket. And at least on mine the execution is as good as the design. No stitching flaws. Quality leather, strong, malleable, and with a good leather smell. Mine is pewter. So cute, so versatile, with a metallic gleam and room to stash files or a book, as well as a water bottle. I agree that a red one would be smashing.

I was so excited to get my first "Designer Handbag". I order the Skyblue. It came package great, However, after ripping the package open with excitement, I became dissapointment after I looked closely at the details.....poor workmanship on the handle straps, discolorations in several areas, and surprise at the price of this "Designer bag" that there were no feet on bottom. I''m sorry to say, I''ll be sending this back!!!

The leather is beautiful (high quality), love the style of the bag (all the storage) but the straps cheapen the look of such a stunning bag. I hate the whipstitching and it seems one of the straps is longer than the other (falls off my shoulder). My preference for this bag would have been to attach the straps (no whipstiching) to the bag with hardware. It would make the bag appear to be one-of-a-kind and high end. I hate to send it back but for the price I have to LOVE everything about it. |
