The bag is coming apart at the seam where the strap is connected to the bag. The silver ring seems to be glued to the loop and the seam is not reinforced. For the amount of money this bag cost NOTHING should fall apart. Very disappointed.

I received this bag in bronze and must say it is a very classy bag. The leather is beautiful... great quality. I have read the other reviews mentioning the quality of the leather and I must say I cannot say that about the one I received... once again great quality and it has that nice leather smell. I own alot of high end designer bags and this is right up there.

i just ordered this bag in purple and i am loving it. the leather is supple and like cream. the hardware is strong and very appropriate for the bag structure. the strap is sturdy and thick enough to allow the bag to stay on your shoulder. the interior is lovely, the clothe inside is sewn so that it "gives" so there is no tearing. I JUST LOVE IT. want it in black now.
This bag a disappointment.

Ordered this bag in the black. Liked the style and shape and the size, however the leather was not soft and very cheap looking. Not worth the money. I had to send it right back.
Would have preferred more structure.

I ordered this bag in the purple and it''s beautiful. I love the hardware!! The leather is very soft and the bag is easy to use and carry with the padded shoulder strap. I would have preferred the strap to be a little shorter and if the bag had more structure to it. When loaded the bag sags and looks a little sloppy. I wish the bottom was more sturdy so the bag wouldn''t lose it''s shape. Haven''t decided if I am sending back or not yet.

Received this bag in denim. Happy with the style and material. Would have liked a darker denim. My main issue is no zipper. Since I like the bag I am not returning it. My other CHI bags are beautiful.

This bag was beautiful to look at but not functional at all. I tried to carry it once. It slid off my front seat. When I got into the office, my cell phone was missing. I found it under the front seat. It could just as easily have fallen out on the street. There is no closing mechanism. It''s like carrying an open tote. I returned it.

I don''t understand the negative reviews on this bag. I ordered two. They are both lovely. Nice weight. Good leather. Beautiful hardware. My only problem is deciding if I keep one or both. I always carry fine quality bags and these are that type of bag. One bag''s leather is slightly thinner than the other but that''s just because they are made from two different hides. All in all they are great bags.

lEATHER IS THIN-MUST BE SPLIT LEATHER. VERY CUTE DESIGN, HOWEVER, THE QUALITY OF THE LEATHER IS POOR. THE STRAPS ARE THIN AND THE RING HARDWARE IS CHEAP. THIS IS THE 2ND BAG I ORDERED FROM FALCHI, SAME DISAPPOINTMENT IN THE LEATHER AND CONSTRUCTION. ITS GOING BACK.

I purchased the bronze bag and have already sent it back! The bag was very mishapen in the back of the bag and it appeared it was not sewn right as it was all bunched up. The bag would not sit up by itself even when filled. Also the leather was not as nice as it should have been for an expensive bag. I will never order a Chi bag again! |
