Beautiful glass server. Made Mojitos and had enough for the whole party. The only comment is that at the bottom you have to tip over to get the final drink. If the spigot was lower it would be easier to get to the last drop. Best on the market for the price.

The spigot is too high so there is plenty of liquid that can''t be obtained.

THIS PIECE IS VERY ELEGANT & WILL BE GREAT FOR BIG PARTYS, ALTHOUGH I''M HAVING 40 GUESTS THIS WEEKEND & I FEAR THE LID WILL FALL OFF & BREAK, BECAUSE MINE FITS VERY LOOSELY & I REALLY EXPECTED A RUBBER BAND LIKE THEY USE ON CANISTER SETS TO HOLD IN FRESHNESS WOULD HAVE BEEN NECESSARY. PLEASE COLIN CAN YOU MAKE US SOME I''D GLADLY ORDER JUST THE RUBBER PART & PUT IT ON MINE MYSELF. JUST A SUGGESTION. THANKS HSN WOULD HAVE BEEN A 5 RATING IF RUBBER ON LID.
Great but Disappointing

I bought this when it was a Todays Special for $79.00 and free shipping. I loved it, but it also had a hairline crack. I called customer service to get another one for the same deal. I was told it was sold out and they could not give me a rain check or the discount when it came in again, what a disappointment. A week later it was in stock, I could order it at $99.00 and pay for shipping. I was up set with the way HSN handled this situation, what ever happened to taking care of good customers?

This is an elegant addition to any party and can be used for a variety of beverages. I bought two drink dispensers and have used them for three parties. Overall the quality is very good. A few blemishes on the container, noticeable when container is empty. My guest commented on how beautiful they are, especially when you add colored beverages with slices of fruit. These sweat and will make a mess on table cloth. My husband was frustrated with placement of spout and felt that we wasted product.

The beverage server is good quality as far as the thickness of the glass, and the design is very nice. However, the first one I received had a hairline crack at the spout. I ordered a replacement, and that too was defective....had a crack from the front to the back. HSN needs to get on Quality Control at the factory or the shipping company. These servers need TLC. I understand others have had the same problem.

It was just beautiful, with a first class spigot (better than any others I''ve seen). I gave it as a gift, the 2nd time my Daughter took it out of the styrofoam protector the ball on the lid tapped the top edge of the container and it SHATTERED into a thousand peices! It had only been used once!!

I bought this to use for my son''s graduation party. It was an instant hit. So easy to use that event the children sreved themselves. The look is clean and contemporary and will fit with any decor. Looked beautiful onthe table with the rest of the glass setting and beverage. I will most likely buy a second one so I can serve lemonade and ice tea for guests to make Arnold Palmers.

I saw comments on how weak the base was in terms of the glass not being as thick as the rest of the dispenser but after getting it I don''t think it will be a problem as long as your not moving it around.The only thing I thought was missing is a rubber piece that would go inside around lid.My lid is alittle smaller then top opening and you really have to be careful when putting on.That''s why I gave a 4 star instead of 5. Other then that it is really a show stopper piece for you next party

used this sat nite at a patio party...put lemonade and vodka in it with sliced lemons and limes floating....it was the hit of the party worked great....i have two other beverage servers that he had last year, but they do not work as well as this....this is fabulous....you can''t go wrong! i am ordering another! |
