I am hooked on this kit! The foundation is so creamy with full coverage- The concealer brightens my eyes, making me look younger and gives the appearance that I actually got enough sleep- The bronzer sculpts my cheekbones making me look 10lbs thinner- The blush brightens my face and doubles as lip color. All in all, this kit works miracles!

My high hopes for this kit were shattered when I received the products at home to try. The pencils had melted in the springtime heat being mailed through regular USPS. Good idea but needs a lot of work. Not near enough product for the price. Definitely needs improvement. Whats left to use once you sharpen all the pencils to begin with? Theyre half way gone by then. Save your money. From a faithful HSN customer.

I WAS HOPING CYNDE WAS ON TO SOMETHING, BUT I HONESTLY DID NOT LIKE THIS MAKE-UP AT ALL. I USE BARE MINERALS AND THE FEEL IS LIGHT ON THE SKIN & HAS GREAT COVERAGE. THIS WAS JUST THE OPPOSITE, HEAVIER & NOT GREAT COVERAGE. OVERALL I WOULD NOT SWITCH, NOTHING IN THIS KIT IS A STEP UP FOR ME, MORE LIKE A STEP DOWN. I DO LOVE THE PACKAGING AND THE CONCEPT THOUGH. NEEDS MUCH IMPROVEMENT IN MY OPINION, SORRY.
Great for Busy women on the go

This is a fantastic set for the busy woman on the go. I am often running from 6AM until 8Pm without a stop at home to freshen up. If I look like I am dragging I pop on a little color and I feel great and can straight out to dinner with my husband. Its also nice to spruce up before my childrens games, you never know who you will see at school.

Sorry Cynde, but in my 53 years, this is the worst cosmetic product I have ever used. The concept is great and the price would be fair, but the quality and production of this make up is simply awful. The make up slides right out of the lead pencil. It was half way out of the pencil when it arrived. I had to push it back in and then it smushed all over my fingers. Please go back to the drawing board and revise this. The perhaps I''ll give it another try. Truly in need of gigantic improvement.

WOW, I have to say I''m in love with these pencils! I can get any look from natural daytime to glam evening. After reading the insert and Cynde''s tips, I completely GET IT! When reading the negative reviews it sounds like they didn''t take the 5 minutes to learn how to take full advantage of the product...and they''re missing out, this kit is unbeatable!

I liked the way the blush and concealer blended so well. The colors matched my skin tone and brighted my overall face. Being 60+ it was a pleasure to find makeup that complimented my skin and didn''t exaggerate wrinkles. My colleagues noticed my new looked and loved it.

The tint/stain is fabulous but sorry to say the rest requires too much sharpening (lots of waste) and too much time to apply. Can''t use my wrinkle smoother with these. I too found that the tops get smashed-more waste.

This was a bad purchase. It doesn''t do a single thing for me. "Light" is right, wayyyyyy too light so much so my face looks like it did before I applied it. If I didn''t misplace the invoice it would go back pronto! |
