Honest Face Warms My Complexion

I bought the Honest Face Skin Tint in Dark. I''m African American with medium complexion (similar to Oprah or Vivica Fox), it''s hard to find light to medium coverage that doesn''t make my face look ashen. This tint warms my complexion and acts as a moisturizer. A little goes a long way. The reason I didn''t give it five stars is that it will transfer when I use a tissue or if my cheek brushes against my shirt. But it''s worth it, I don''t wear white that much anyway. :)

Light coverage. Did not particularly like the consistency, but liked the SPF. Not heavy enough to use on it own without makeup. Would not purchase again.
Nice but not for acne prone skin

I really was hoping this would work for my skin.It gives the skin a nice natural glow.I''ve always been prone to acne,and even though I''m 54 I still have to be careful of what I put on my skin.This tended to start giving me whiteheads and it did burn my eyes a litte,even though I was careful to keep it away from that area.It is a little pricey{I bought with free shipping],but if you have really dry skin this is very moisturizing and a nice alternative to foundation.

I''m VERY pleased with this product! A nice moisturizer for my dry skin.... not too heavy, not too light, not tacky or greasy, and gives the SPF 20 protection without the usual smell or feel. The light tint nicely evens out the skin tone without looking like a heavy mask. I''ll definitely reorder this one.

This is the best makeup I have ever used and believe me I''ve tried them all. I love the natural look of it and it moisturizes and protects from the sun. What else could you want?

This product is not for me. I have combo skin that is sensitive. This product made my skin itch, and break out. Coverage was not that great, even after layering. Definitely not for me.

This product is fantastic! Even if it was just a moisturizer, it would be incredible. But the fact that it actually protects you from the sun, and can replace foundation, is amazing! My skin used to be so dry but now my skin no longer is. It evens out my skin tone too. And it feels like silk on your skin. It is not heavy, like most moisturizers with an SPF are. There is nothing like this!!

I don''t normally write reviews and have wondered if some of these were generated by the company, but I am a real person and love this foundation. Color matches perfectly and went on so smoothly and covered. I am 60 years old and will continue to order this product!

I have used several brands of tinted moisturizer but this one has the best coverage. It applies easily, looks great on the skin, and with a built in sun screen, how could you go wrong? Simply the best! |
