These cakes are just the right size. Big enough where you are satisfied and small enough where you don't feel overwhelmed. I serve them with a scoop of ice cream. Bittersweet is the correct name for these cakes. If you like bittersweet chocolate, you will love them. I would love it if you could order just one flavor though. You will not be dissappointed.
