not certain this is turquoise

As several other posters have mentioned, I am not certain these beads are turquoise. The beads are a neon bright blue with an odd texture. They feel like dyed blue rocks. If you can get past that, the necklace itself is pleasant. Mine fit well. I decided to stick with Jay King''s petal necklace instead. His beads are smaller and a bit more delicate...and certainly turquoise.

I saw this necklace and couldn''t resist it, even though a few ladies had noted in their comments that it tends to twist. Unfortunately, it does twist and the petals don''t lay the way they should. I didn''t have any problem with the quality of the stones or the length of the necklace - but if it doesn''t lay on your neck correctly, it''s not worth the price. It''s going back.

I can not believe how pretty this is for the price...perfectly formed bright blue turquoise stones which frame the face! It is a shorter necklace, but the extender gives you the choice of tight around the neck or a little looser; but then I have a thin neck. It has the appearance of sleeping bueaty turquoise, but for a fraction of the cost.

Just received my Petal Necklace today and I was just blown away. It''s gorgeous and, as luck would have it, I have earrings that match the color perfectly. You won''t go wrong ordering this beautiful necklace.

I really like this necklace, but was the turquoise dyed? Its a bright blue color. I have several genuine turquoise pieces and none of them are this color - no even the ''sleeping beauty'' pieces. The stones look natural, but without knowing for sure, I''m sure they have been dyed. I would have given it a 5 otherwise. The necklace is very pretty on, just make sure to straighten it out before you put it on or the beads will ''pop'' up. I''m looking forward to wearing it alot this summer.

The color is stunning but this is to short for me even with the extender. I am not a big person and I have a small neck too. If this were a bit longer I think it wouldn''t get so twisted along the neckline. The price is excellent and the turquoise is gorgeous! Similar to the sleeping beauty turquoise without the huge price. I am sending it back though as I just wouldn''t wear it this short. :(

This necklace is a beauty. Rated a three because not as long as described and the petals get twisted and I am always checking to make sure straight. Not worth the trouble.
