Very Disappointed

I was and am very disappointed by the lack of performance of this product. It does not adjust well to short carpet''s and does not remove animal hair from the surface. If I could include photo''s of what it doesn''t do I would. Too bad , it was alot of money wasted.

I purchased the Animal Dyson it''s the best money I have ever spent. After using it the first time it''s worth every penny. It''s so nice to finish vacuuming and really feel great about the vacuum''s performance. The suction is all they say it is !!! The pet hair comes up with ease- after I finished my carpet area''s I actually got on the floor to inspect and could not find any hair. Its also works well on the furniture. If you have pet hair problems this is the vacuum to get.

I bought a Dyson because of the feedback I got from friends/family who own one. Thanks to HSN flex pay, I got mine. Suction is great. I like that I can put the container in the garbage and "pull the trigger" without ever touching the debris. As with all equipment there are lemon''s so if it doesn''t perform there has to be something wrong. I am so glad that finally I have a vacuum that isn''t junk.

Then vacuumed my house with the Dyson and found out I am nasty! How humbling is that? My hubby wont let me use it because he is fascinated to watch how much dirt it picked up in the canister. It is heavy to pick up but when it is turned on it is very easy to use.......feels lightweight then. Worth every penny!!!!

I have 2 large dogs, one with short hair and one with long hair. I vacuumed with my old vacuum and then vacuumed with my new dyson, and I can''t believe all the stuff it picked up that my other one left behind. I could not believe all the junk was in my carpet and I couldn''t see it until my dyson picked it up. My carpet almost looks like brand new again. I love it, the suction is great and it is soo quiet compared to my old vacuum.

I''ve had this product for a while and it''s too late to return it. By the time I got it unpacked there was no way I could ever get it back into the package for return, but I wish I had tried. I found it was very difficult to put together. Although it does a great job cleaning, it''s heavy and cumbersome. It''s really cumbersome trying to use the extension with the attachments.

I love this vacuum. It is so easy to use. It does not have to be emptied every 5 min like my old Hoover did. The Dyson is all they say it is. The suction lasts all the while it is in use even as the collection chamber fills. I can clean much faster, now. Thanks Dyson. I finally have a vacuum that works as promised.

I purchased this DC07 Model in a Home improvement center, being HSN didn''t have at the time, and 1 months later HSN came through. Don''t hesitate to order, it is the best vacuum I have ever owned. As a gift my Aunt is ordering the Ball Animal Dyson for herself and me. HSN please keep carrying this product and I''m so glad you listened to us as consumers and have this product. Great Price''s. Happy Anniversary Dyson on HSN.

All I can say is that I thought my house was clean! After using the vacuum the first time, I was amazed at how much dirt was on my floor and in my carpets! This vacuum sucks... in the best possible way! I''ll only buy Dyson products in the future.
