To TX--if it has been 30 days, you should still return it--overnite ship it, they probably have a window for shipping timeit. At the very least, they should credit the amount in store credit. I just got mine, and they just dropped the price $200!! The dvd drive without a manual eject sounds like a problem waiting to happen. I love the idea of less cords, love the dvr, keyboard, mouse, very sleek, hope it works. At this price point it is scary to only have 30 days to know.

Like previous reviewer, my DVD-RW drive does NOT work - the computer will not eject a CD stuck in there for a week now, and there is NO manual eject button like on most other computers...and the real kicker is that I''ve had it for exactly 30 days. Nice waste of money. Upon initial start-up, there was one neon green pixel right in the middle of the screen that never goes away. All the computers I''ve gone through and I''ve never had one with something wrong like this.

This by most the best computer I''ve owned. I''ve owned Gateway computers since 2000 and would never buy anything else. Gateway out did their self with this unit. They didn''t leave a thing out, and with HSN''s flexpay you can''t beat it. Buy it, you will love it.

Have had for 3 months now the CD/DVD doesn''t work. Not worth the money. Is very noisy. Certain online games don''t play on Vista.

I HAD TO SEND THIS ITEM BACK BECAUSE IT HAD SOME PROBLEMS RUNNING THE SOFTWARES AND IT SHUT DOWN ON ME. BUT, THEY WERE VERY GOOD TO ME AND TO GET EVERYTHING DONE TO RETURN THIS ITEM BACK WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS SO I WAS VERY HAPPY FOR THAT! I DID GET ANOTHER GATEWAY COMPUTER THE 2-DUO, 320GB, 19''TV TUNER..

I love the computer--the styling--the ease of using it but it''s the second Gateway computer that I have had to send back to be repaired and Gateway service has been only fair. The box and packing material didn''t fit the computer and today I waited an hour and 5 minutes for service. I like the computer enough to keep it but I am disappointed in the service.

I am soo glad I decided to purchage the Gateway One with TV Tuner it is worth the price. The computer works with lighting speed and the TV shows beautiful pictures, but the keyboard seems to be a bit smaller than average and the remote control is a bit on the petite side as well. It looks like a work of art in my home office.

I Love this computer. I would not trade it for any other computer on the market now. From day one this has been by far the best computer I have ever purchaced, I only wish would have bought 2 of them. Nothing slows this system down, excpet maybe the connection speed itself. I have had up to 20 different programs running at one time, and still cruzing right along no matter what I did.

It took me about 40 min. to download everything. What a great product,GATEWAY did it again, this time its a home run. I would have to say I am very pleased. WELL DONE GATEWAY !!!!!!

I just received this computer yesterday it succeeds my expectations my kids and I had no problem setting it up very simple instructions. If anyone is on the fence about this don''t be you will love it. Thanks Gateway for bringing it to HSN and making it affordable with flex pay. |
