Conclusion: Design flaw or misleading?    6/28/2008
I have 2 of these. After 30 days one burns in the same spot every time, the other just started sticking across the whole bottom. Seems to be related to a change in the surface from glossy to dull grey. If not a defect (which means they should be replacing them) then it must be designed to fail at end of warranty period. I loved them for the first month...how awful.

i love this pan.the handle is so sturdy.the pan is so light!i also own a 5piece TSV from greenpan.everything slides right out.clean up is a breeze.everything wipes out with a papertowel.i don''t understand how anyone could not love this cookware.the "seasoning" directions were so easy.i use this pan for hamburger helper,to sautee, and to cook lots of "one pan meals".i find myself cooking so much more now.to combat scratches,i store my set in the oven on a piece of cardboard from the shipping box.

I''ve been a very satisfied and trusting buyer of HSN and I am really confused why HSN features GreenPan in their kitchen product line at all. The Nonstick Wok Set has been the worse nonstick cookware I''ve ever had!! It only worked for the first week or so and then residue started to form and it is impossible to clean. I now have to go back to my old nonstick pans. Buyers be aware!! Just read all other comments on GreenPan products and you will see why.
 
THE NEW WAY TO COOK!    6/15/2008
This pan is incredible! My boyfriend and I use it everyday to cook, he is a chef who owned his own restaurants, and we absolutely love it. It cooks evenly, and the clean up is a dream! Sometimes I soak mine and watch the food just float off of the pan. It''s amazing. And we always cook on high heat. I can''t say enough about it. We eat healthier since we don''t even have to use oil or butter to cook with, which we did we used to cook in traditional non-stick pans. Worth every penny!

So far this pan has not worn out like my grill pan,12"fry & paellea pan. Why,i dont panfry in it.I follow proper care of these pans.Problem:panfry salmon left unremovable brown marks. The nonstick finish dulled & now everything sticks even w/oil. Grill pan formed brown marks after panfry steak.The fats from proteins turn brown and burn while searing,pan never performs properly again.Please fix.I love these pans for stirfry.I nolonger panfry or sear in them to assure I can use for stir fry.
 
Great at first... / Disappointed, CA   5/21/2008
I bought these pans because Joy Mangano kept saying how great they were, I saw the impresive presentation. I used these pans right away and they were wonderful the first 3-4 times, then the food started sticking so bad it was frustrating. By then of course my 30 day trial was over, what a disappointment, my sister just ordered them and when I found out I strongly encouraged her to return them right away. I felt cheated and immediately reduced the amount of items I order from HSN.

I bought about 6 different styles of your Green Pans and I truly love the way they cook, ***BUT*** the outside scratches very very easily and now my new pans look very old. I basically replaced my old pans with these and now I am sorry i did. I''m very disappointed that you didnt make the outside of the pan as good as the inside. If I were still inside my 30 days I would send them all back. Sorry I love HSN and these pans but the outside is extremely disappointing.

I am a guy and i cook alot since i received dr orders to eat health. The green pan wok set can cook vegtables SO well and its just totaly amazing,since then i bought every green pan HSN offers i am pleased also cleaning is just wiping withy a paper towel. Nmosheb canoga park,calif

I bought the skillet pan set first, fell in love and then bought this wok set. After using the skillet pans for a few months, I found that food starting sticking badly even with added oil. Maybe if you are very careful about not using too high heat, the pans will wear better-but that happens with teflon too, doesn''t it?

I do love these pans BUT I ordered one of the very first sets-the bottoms are scratching/peeling,edges are very easily nicked/dented and I have to re-season almost every use.I do not use metal on them,don''t own a dishwasher and baby them like crazy.I''m wondering if the later models/sets had/have all this fixed???Would like to send them for gifts but not sure.I work in a professional kitchen and can''t begin to imagine these holding up under those conditions,as Todd claims,they are so delicate...
