I was so excited and the first time or two it was great. Even after following the preparation instructions, we have had so many problems. Each use it was worse and now I have these use less pans. The pans require a lot of oil or everything sticks (even with oil). What a waste of money!!!! Buy something else.

Where are all these bad reviews coming from??? I''ve had my set for over a year and they work just as good as the day they arrived. I had given up on non-stick and was using only cast iron and stainless to cook with. So when these pans were introduced, I decided to give them a try and I haven''t regretted one meal fixed in them one bit. These pans are tough! I cook a lot and they have stood up to everything I''ve asked of them.

I purchased this set when it initially launched. Worked good for about 3 times, then everything started sticking. Can''t even fry an egg with oil in the pan. I didn''t use it until after the 30 days. Called CS and they basically said "tough luck". This stuff is garbage. Todd English, I am very disappointed you would promote this junk. The idea is great, the product far from it.. Save your money and don''t buy this junk.

After using only two times, the food sticks horribly! It is terrible to clean, too! The skillet does not sit flat on my glass top stove, it is wobbly. I am SO surprised HSN did not field study this product a little longer before putting it on the market. They should be recalled. I complete waste of my money!!

DON''T FALL FOR THE HYPE! These are HORRIBLE!! I bought these during the "world launch" and thought they''d be perfect... We went by the directions but after the 1st use, they all have the same problem... EVERYTHING STICKS!!! Trying to cook eggs every morning is a real chore. Even after soaking awhile they are very difficult to scrub clean. Still looking for that perfect pan...

Very disappointed with these pans. Everything sticks to them, and they scratch very easily. Todd and Joy made them sound wonderful and you could cook on very high heat. On one of the other GreePan reviews it said there was a bad batch of these pans. If that is true I think that HSN should replace the pans with good ones. Haven''t heard anything yet and these were purchased in 12/07 at the launching of the product. Come on HSN, if the product is really what you say it is, replace my pan for me.
WARNING - SHATTERED LID

We have thought the GreenPans are worthy of 5 stars since their debut nearly a year ago and have purchased several sets. HOWEVER, we just had an 11" lid SHATTER after taking it out of the 400 degree oven. Before setting it down and while still holding it, the lid completely shattered. We were stunned. Luckily, no one was injured. However, someone could have been seriously injured with glass flying everywhere. PLEASE BE AWARE.

I thought it was just me. All the negatives I have read, I have experienced. The pan was great at first and then something happened. Non-stick became stick! I still use it because the 30 days is up, and because HSN will not accept returns past 30 days, I have tried, I learned a lesson and now will read reviews before purchasing!

Heats evenly, easy to clean, grill pan delivers grill marks, still looks good inside and out. -THEY ARE BRAND NEW! I expect this--so did Ultrex, WGP, CooksNChefs and Cmand Perf.I don''t expect cookware to LAST MY LIFETIME in the same condition as when new-HSN does''nt either that''s why they keep telling us to buy then give parts away as gifts--REALLY!We need nonstick as well as stainless-most important is to wash them w/soap and water and stay away from that wiping business.

I AM VERY UPSET WITH THIS PRODUCT. I READ THE INSTRUCTIONS VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE I USED. I FOLLOWED THEM TO A "T". HOWEVER, AM DISAPPOINTED THAT COOKING SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS EGGS, IS FRUSTRATING. THEY STICK!!! I''VE SEASONED AS PER THE INSTRUCTIONS, WITH NO LUCK. THEY ARE NOT AS GOOD AS THEY COME ACROSS. I REGRET EVER BUYING THEM AND SHAME ON ME FOR WAITING TOO LONG TO RETURN THEM. SAVE YOURSELF THE ANGUISH, DO NOT BUY THEM UNLESS ALL YOU PLAN ON DOING WITH THEM IS BOIL WATER. |
