Loved my first one, didnt like one I just ordered

I ordered the 22 inch in dark blonde a few months back I absolutely love it, get compliments all of the time, color matches perfect and gives me the thickness I wanted. So I order a second one last week, and I am so disappointed with the quality, its the same exact entension, but it has alot less hair than my first one, and this cap was too big. Im wondering if the quality has changed or maybe some just arent made up to par. That could be the reason for such mixed reviews.

Save yourself the $6.95 S&H to return this! Cap is way too big, color mismatch and the "hair" looks and feels like doll hair. Sorry, but over the years, I have purchased much cheaper pieces that look, fit and feel a whole lot better! I might add that I do work in the salon industry & for the normal person, there is lack of detailed instuctions provided with the product.
Too Big For Head

I was so excited about this. It was too big for my head, just like many of you. Also, when I really swung my head around, you could see the netting part under the hair. My daughter noticed it while we went shopping. It was embarrassing. The hair looked great. I''d buy it again if it was a bit smaller and you couldn''t see the netting part underneath it. Fix those two things, and I''ll buy one in each style!!

I should of also listen to the reviews.. but I thought I would try them for myself. I got it today in the mail. The cap was way to big for my head. I have thin hair and it could not cover the extension. Also I ordered light brown and they sent me Med brown instead..But I tried it anyway I would of had to dye my hair to match..if it had work...I was really hoping that this product was going to work for me..and I am very disappointed that it didn''t I already packaged up the box to send it back.
Would have to have a ten-gallon head to wear!

I should have listened to the reviews I read- cap that holds hair is too big for head for the average head size! Now, I guess due to comments about the cap size-he is marketing them with more of the "do''s" - as "fold up your natural hair beneath" and "that is why the cap is large and has such great stretching ability". I was just looking for something to clip in-as he originally showed and wear until my hair grew out. Needs a little work, Ken and please listen to your customers!

Length is also great but it is soo much bigger than my head!! It all bunches up at the bottom. Clips don''t stay in thinner hair very good. Tangles VERY easily and pieces fall out everytime you try to untangle it or seperate the hair.

The color was right on, but it was tangled coming out of the box.It should come with a trial sized spray conditioner to help detangle it.I tried it on anyway and the cap is WAY TOO BIG, by at least 1.5 inches.The hairpiece made my hair look thick.I would definitely take it to my stylist for her to blend it.The cap should come in 2 sizes.The hair was easily tangled, felt coarse, and felt unreal--no way my husband would be able to run his fingers through it!Spring for the human hair. I will.

why isn''t there a warning on how to avoid split ends ? I honestly don''t know who it happened. I''ve only worn it a couple of times i have not brushed it or washed it...

This would look great if you never move or spray your whole head like a helmet. Hope that the wind never blows or that you never flip your head or hairor you will look like a Frankenstein Freak. I have straight, thick hair and still could not keeep the little comb/clips hidden. The quality of the hair is great, but the width temple to temple is at least 2" too wide. There is also no wayto match highlightswhen nobody at HSN can give you the shade of ash, neutral or gold.

I BOUGHT THIS TO SEE IF I LIKE IT, AND OOHH MY GOSH I LOVED IT! IT DOESN''T LOOK FAKE AT ALL! I WEAR THIS ALMOST EVERYDAY WHEN I''M OUT! IT BLENDS IN QUITE WELL WITH MY HAIR! AND I''M AMAZED WHEN I HIGHLIGHTED MY HAIR WITH VERY LIGHT BLONDE WITH NY LIGHT BROWN COLOR HAIR, THE LIGHT BROWN HAIR DO STILL BLEND IN! I ALSO BOUGHT THE WAVY 23 INCH HAIRDO, AND THE CHIGNON IN LIGHT BROWN, I LOVE ALL OF THEM, I HAVE DIFFERENT LOOKS EVERY DAY! SO KEN, KEEP BRINGING US NEW HAIR DO! =) |
