I ordered one of these for my mom and she absolutely loves it! I don''t know why it has such bad ratings. I got her the med brown and it looks awesome! I have seen the blonde ones and I thought that the colors looked kinda weird, but if you have darker hair, this is incredible. On hers, you cannot see the glue or anything unless you take a magnify glass to it. It is much better than paying a fortune to go get an updo done at a salon.

I ordered medium blonde and the colors are believeable for dark blonde hair with light to medium blonde highlights. My hair is fine but dense and very straight. I could not manage to hide the raw edges of this hairpiece despite attempts to reshape and reposition it on my smallish head. ''Was looking for something I could clip on to compliment my Heidi Daus jewelry for a chic look in this southern heat and humidity, but this leans a little too far in a different direction for my tastes.
Colors need to be blended better

Really I loved this piece but the colors looked like zebra stripes. I ordered the golden blonde and the light part did match my hair but the darker part did not. Sent it back.

I* was very nervous ordering this as the reviews were so bad but I have been looking for this style hairpiece for a very long time and was delighted to come across it. I ordered the dark blonde min e was very well made and the color matched very well. It has a nice mess foundation with a very sucure clip to attach it, its very substancial in size. I didnt see any glue as others have written about . This is definatly a keeper for me.

I ordered this chignon in dark brown. It matches my hair very well. I have moderately long hair and clipping this over my poneytail/bun is sooooo easy and it looks great. I admit I was skeptical after reading some of the other reviews. It is easy and fun to put on and wear. It is too good to look real (on me at least)but the quality is good and is comfortable and feels secure. I love it!

I have other hairdo stuff in red blonde and LOVE them so I was excited for the chignon but it turned out to be a major disappointment. 1) The red blonde color wasn''t blended at all. One huge chunk would be blonde and the next would be red---It looked SO fake! 2) I could see the glue in the hair piece! So cheap looking. Sadly I am sending it back and to add insult to injury I have to pay for even more shipping!

NOW I AM NO HAIRDRESSER, THIS IS TRUE TO COLOR! I CAN''T BELIEVE THE COMMENTS ARE SO BAD! IF U REALLY TAKE THIS BUN LIKE I DID WASH YOUR HAIR, WHILE WET PUT YOUR HAIR INTO A PONEY TAIL, THEN TAKE THIS BUN AND CLIP INTO YOUR HAIR! U MIGHT SEE IT STICK OUT OR LOOK FUNNY YOU HAVE TO MOVE IT TO YOUR SCULP. IT HAS WIRE IN IT AND THAT''S SO U CAN FLATTEN IT DOWN TO YOUR SCULP! MAKE SURE U MOOSE YOUR HAIR SLICK IT BACK INTO THE PONEY TAIL! THIS IS A KEEPER IT LOOKS BEAUTIFUL..

Ordered the Medium Brown and the 2 tone colors were extremely bold. Looked really fake, plus you could see the dry glue. I was really disppointed. Had to return it.

If you want to look like Davy Crockett (with the skunk on his head!) go ahead and order this. I agree with some of the other reviews; the medium golden blonde was the strangest color I have ever seen! I will be sticking with "Toni" from now on. Much better quality and design.
Two Toned Blonde/Brown.

I was really looking forward to receiving this piece. When I opened the box I was horrified to find a very distinct two toned blond/brown hair piece that had the effect of a checkerboard. I usually buy from Toni, but this looked so good in the pictures. I ordered another style from JS that is in the mail, I hope it looks halfway decent or its back to Toni for all of my hair needs as she has no surprises. |
