Failed to Fully charge even after 24 hours

How disappointing. I ordered 2, 1 for me and 1 for a gift. I plugged mine to charge but after over 24 hours and multiple attempts it FAILED to fully charge. I''ll stick to my Floormate also from HSN.

I''m just waiting for it to arrive so I can return it.I tried to cancel before shipping but it was too late.Never have i read so many dissapointed reviews i only wish i would have read them before i ordered them,yes them!Were going to be gifts for family members,wow thanks for the reviews,it would have been dissapointing to ALL.

Unfortunately, I did not use this until after 30 days. It is the worst excuse for a sweeper I have ever tried. I did much better with a wornout mop. It did not clean AT ALL!

This thing is truly a waste of money. It doesn''t clean. If it wasn''t past the 30 days, I would return it.

I''ve never been so frustrated with a product! Took forever to charge the 1st time, which didn''t last long enough to finish the job (only have a 10x10 ft space to clean) then it takes almost a full 24 hours to charge up again. It''s weak, and the brushes don''t seem to do anything but make noise. It''s a great concept & exactly what I need being cordless and lightweight, but so is my mop. Hoover needs to go back to the drawing board on this one! A great idea that just doesn''t do as advertised.

The only benefit I found to this machine was it was light weight. I thought this would be great for me as I have a lot of tile. I found that it works fair if you go very slow. However, the battery went down before I could mop one room. At this rate, I would never get everything mopped. Just not worth the price.

The instructions tell you to charge it for 16 hours and use it in 2x2 square feet sections. In less than 7 minutes, it lost its charge. Recharged it for 12 more hours; the red light was still indicating it was not completely charged. I packed it up and returned it. This is a complete waste of time, money and effort. It even left streaks on my floor in the small space that it actually did attempted to work. Spare yourself the aggravation!

This is a dream machine for me because I have a weak lower back. It is very lightweight and cleaned the floor so well. I told my husband that this is the best buy I''ve ever made at HSN (not counting the jewelry, of course!) It''s great, please give it a try!
Great way to mop

I love this little machine. Once I learned to take my time when it''s in scrub mode, and slowly move it across my floors, I realized it''s a great way to clean. The vacuum feature is great and saves me from the yucky chore of wringing out a mop. A few times I thought the machine didn''t appear to be doing much, but then I cleaned out the dirty water reserve and saw that it picked up lots of dirt and even pet hair.

Well, since I am required to focus on "benefits", it is lightweight. Other than that, I''m not surprised there are only four reviews and I didn''t read them until I was ready to return it. I don''t think it''s ineffective, I think it''s DEFECTIVE, which surprises me about Hoover and HSN. I kept trying and trying but it never worked. Left dog hair on the floor, water on my hardwood, etc. I ended up working harder to clean up after using it. |
