I Love this Dress!

I too do not understand the bad reviews on this dress. I bought it in two colors: Black and Stone. I love the fit and the way it drapes. The fabric is a little thick but I feel it just adds to the styling. Unbutton the cuff and turn it up and you have a fresh and stylish look that you can wear to work and easily take into evening. Thank you Hot in Hollywood!

I honestly don''t understand the bad reviews on this dress. I think it is very cute,well made & figure flattering. It looks on me just like it looks on the models! I have the pink,and I am going to order the black & gray size small while they are still in stock. Great for the price! And I love the length! I am 5''3 & prefer my dresses above the knee. This dress is PERFECT!!!!!

Love the gray color, more ''stone''. Needed a smaller size, but medium was smallest. I''m 5''2 and 119 pounds. It fits a little long in the waist and little long in the arms. But the extra buttons on the inside and outside help a lot and it drapes very well in the front. I''ll wear it with a scarf so the gap won''t show in front. Wonderful, soft fabric. It does feel like a thick t-shirt. Not clingy at all. I would order another color if a small were available. And you can''t beat the price!
Disappointed

I was completely disappointed with this dress. The fabric is too thick, the fit is all wrong. It reminds me of a bathrobe. I do like the pink color, but that is it. I really wanted to like this dress, just could not. I have other wrap dresses that are great--this is not one of the great ones. Back it goes!
One ugly dress

Thick material (almost feels like a sweatshirt?) but I REALLY wanted a shirt dress/wrap dress with long sleeves & cuffs so I kept the blk - now I regret not sending it back w/HIDEOUS pink one). Rec''d the gray separately and the color is so odd I didn''t even open it - more postage :P even though I ordered them together. Please make the material a thinner more flowing cotton blend and lose the buttons & horizontal seam at the waist. No wonder you only showed it with wide belts :P

The dresss has a great soft material but hangs like a paper bag. It looks great in the picture but the dress is not flattering on. I am 5 foot 3 weighing about 125 pounds, the dress makes you look rolly polly!!! Sorry, usually like Hot in Hollywood dresses. This one is only for the stick figures!!

I am 38C-30-40, 5''5, short-waisted, about 150 pounds. Bought medium in all 3 colors. Hit at the knee. Mid weight fabric, nice and soft, but on me looked like a bag of laundry and rather thick in the waist. Pink color very pretty. Different styling, you button on the inside on both sides, then close and tie. Did not provide a nice fit for my type of figure. |
