THE PRICE OF THE PURIFIER WAS GREAT I EVEN GOT A TABLE TOP AS A BONUS (INCLUDED), I THOUGHT IT WAS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE BUT NOW I KNOW WHY,THE COST OF THE REPLACEMENT FILTERS(IF YOU CAN GET THEM IS THE CATCH) DO THE RESEARCH FIRST BEFORE BUYING YOU KNOW THE SAYING IF IT SEEMS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE ..........WELL YOU KNOW THE REST.

Yes, they do seem to have a problem keeping the filters in stock. Get out in the world and see that HEPA filters ARE expensive no matter the brand. Some may be cheaper but you may get what you pay for. I've had other purifiers and these work so much better. If you want good ones that WORK, its a small price to pay. I have a dog, live near a highway but I only need to change filters once a year. When I see Hunter is going to be on air, I usually find that they have a good selection of filters. Then I check to see if I'll need to order filters anytime soon and get them. I have 3 different purifiers and I never had a problem using this system. ORDER YOUR FILTERS WHEN YOU SEE HUNTER IS ON THEIR SCHEDULE. I also have 3 of the humidifiers. Love them and you don't have to replace filters on them!!!!

ok so the availability is poor and hsn service is lousy but the air cleaner works. the filters in mine are hairy white. i live between two highways i get road dust and in winter its white from salt well what the hunter ingests , i dont. thats worth the hassles and i bought the little humidifyer too . and its great. now for the service. listen up hunter make your filters universal. like the prefilter that we can cut go to small med and lg. that we understand,and stop changing the gol durn numbers, we get boxes with three numbers and none match the hsn numbers. and lastly hsn how about stocking filters for what you sell. the cost is high but we can deal with it if it works and lasts

I've been waiting for so long. Thank you for bringng back the Replacement Filter. I've been using Hunter Air Purifier for 2 years and absolutely loving it. My friend is also Hunter user and she needs her filter replaced badly, too. I'll let her know that the filter is back as soon as I finish sending this mail. Thank you again and please keep this item in stock all the time.

I have had hunter air purifiers for years,long before I shopped at HSN. Yes, I was buying my filters from a local store, then it went out of business. I bought these filters from HSN on sale and it was a great price. Wish I could have locked in the sale price. Hunter has a web site, that you can purchase filters from, when you can not get them anywhere else. Their price is higher than the sale price I paid at HSN.

I HAVE PURCHASED THE 3 HUNTER FILTERS AND NOW I REGRET MAKING THE PURCHASE. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS GREAT, BUT WHEN YOU SEE WHAT IT WILL COST TO REPLACE THE FILTERS AND THAT IS IF YOU COULD FIND THE RIGHT ONES, THEN THE ORIGINAL PRICE OF THE 3 FILTERS ISN'T THAT APPEALING. IT IS TOO LATE FOR ME BECAUSE I HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED THEM, BUT I WOULD THINK TWICE FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT BUYING THEM. I HAVE BEEN AN HSN CUSTOMER FOR A LONG TIME AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM RETURNING AN ITEM OR WITH ITS MERCHANDISE. I JUST WISH THEY WOULD DO SOMETHING TO MAKE IT LESS EXPENSIVE AND MORE CONVIENANT TO GET THE REPLACEMENT FILTERS.

I bought a Hunter air purifier because the host guaranteed replacement filters would always be available. I purchased the filters on autoship at the time I purchased the purifier. When it came time to ship the filters, they said they were out of stock and couldn't fulfill the autoship. I went online and immediately found the filters. That is extremely poor customer service and misleading. Needless to say, I cancelled the autoship because it was useless. If they had them in stock, the autoship should have been shipped without a problem. I hope I am able to get filters in the future.

I really use the Hunter purifiers. I have 4, It is true you can't get filters easily. But packed in with your unit is a card to order replacement filters- Hepa and the washable pre-filters if needed direct from Hunter- Smart mall, or by phone. I clean my prefilters (not the replaement charcoal kind, the reusable kind) vacuum, wash and steam clean them and they do a GREAT JOB)

I bought two Hunter Air Purifiers (model no. 30200) more than a year ago. It works great. I found the replacement filter is expensive to get, maybe the HEPAtech system. For months, I only washed the pre-filter few times. And I realized it is time to replace the HEPA filter in order to get this filter works properly. I learned that it costs $34 at the Hunter's web site. By surfing the internet, the replacement filter can cost from $22 to $30 or more, plus shipping. I am just about to order the replacement filter from HSN due to their price. But I have doubt after reading many reviews here. I just sent them an e-mail for questions. I wish they have an online live help customer service. So we won't have to wait too long for response. Again, this is a very good machine for large room.

I AM AGREEING WITH OTHER VIEWERS ABOUT THE HUNTER REPLACEMENT FILTERS. THEY ARE NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. I ALSO ORDERED THE PURIFIERS WHEN THEY WERE THE TS, NOT KNOWING YOU CAN'T FIND THE FILTER REPLACEMENTS. MY ADVICE IS DONT'T BUY THEM AS THEY ARE USELESS WITHOUT THE FILTERS. THE MODELS # I HAVE ARE 30055,30057,30381.I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER HUNTER PRODUCT. I NOW HAVE 5 PURIFIERS I CAN'T USE. THE GUY SELLING THEM SHOULD NOT SAY YOU CAN ALWAYS GET FILTERS FROM HSN. NOT TRUE |
