I am rating this product for the description only. The product itself is great, BUT the description is VERY misleading. The carbon pre-filter DOES NOT come with the white filters. I too was told that the prefilter is one of the stages in the white filter. The customer service rep. I was talking to read the description and that''s how he/she interpreted it. I tried to explain that that isn''t right. He/she really didn''t know.

Even though in the features of this item, it lists the charcoal pre-filter, it is NOT included. And no amout of arguing with customer service would convince them how misleading their description is. I was told that the charcoal pre-filter is one of the "stages" of the hepa filter. Obviously, no one cares enough to correct the situation. I wont buy these again. And actually, any hepa filter that is the right size will work. You can get one at Home Depot with much less hassle and cheaper!

I have the same complaint - these filters are suppose to last a long time and so far I have gone through 2 sets since March and need another and they are sold out - NOW WHAT??? Not to mention the cost of these filters - IT IS RIDICULOUS AND OUTRAGEOUS!

THIS IS SO REDICULOUS....THEY SELL AND ITEM TO YOU AND YET THE NEVER HAVE THE FILTERS IN STOCK TO GET MORE. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO HSN''S CUSTOMER SERVICE, I KNOW IT HAS GONE DOWN HILL. I AM VERRRRRY UNHAPPY BECAUSE I CAN NOT GET THE REPLACEMENT FILTER. WITH ALL THE BAD REVEIWS YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD LISTEN TO THEIR CUSTOMERS BUT I GUESS NOT...THANKS HSN FOR NOTHING

I cannot believe that these are sold out and unavailable!! I went online to Hunter and found a real "bargain", according to their description of the same two pack filters for $77.40!!! Not including shipping. WHY are these always sold out? This must be an ongoing problem. Not up to HSN''s unsual high standards.

The filter for the 30240 Hunter Hepatech Air Purifier is impossible to find. Hunter charges a fortune for these filters. It would be nice if you had auto delivery on these filters as you sell them on HSN. It is one thing to sell them on your shows but when you need the filters what are you supposed to do? The purifier is good but finding the filters i8s a problem.

I just received my set of 2 room air purifiers. They''re great. However, there doesn''t seem to be an auto-ship for just a 2 pack of #30931 filters for this product (Hunter purifier model #30212). I know there must''ve been many people who purchased this set of 2 air purifiers. We need auto-ship too. Please. And a price reduction would be helpful as well.
HSN should read all of these reviews!

I do hope some one at Customer "Service?" reads all these reviews and truely cares about resolving the problem. I just received 2 more Air Purifiers which I ordered as a gift for my daughter. I will be returning them immediately. I still need filters for my purifiers, but I won''t saddle a gift recipient with this kind of headache. HSN should make these filters available, as stated on the air, or offer a full refund which includes return shipping.
