Fabulous tote!!!! I received mine in green two days ago and the color is divine. My snaps worked fine on the sides and I know I will get lots of use from this bag. The handles fit with plenty of room over my shoulder and the size is great. I will use for work and everyday as it holds everything I need. Would highly recommend.

This black patent bag is gorgeous and so classy. It is well made and deserves a #5 star rate! The snaps did work easily on this one!. However, the shoulder straps are short and not sure I will be comfortable with this; but will keep it.. Iman, PLEASE make this bag smaller with longer straps and I will buy in black patent and other colors for daily use. I do love this classic look. It is a winner! Please consider request for smaller size as you did for the other bag I bought in medium.

This bag never should have gotten past quality control. As said before, snaps do not close. I ordered white and black. Opened the white first and besides the snap issue there were two marks in different colors (gray and tan) permanently imbedded on one side of the bag. This is shameful. I feel less and less confident purchasing anything from HSN and more and more has to go back due to lack of quality. Come on HSN what are you thinking?

Nice Bag but Annoying Flaws

I love the look of this bag very much but there are things that are too annoying about it. First of all the side snaps simply won''t close. Second of all unless your arms are pencil thin like the models showing the bag or Iman, it is impossible to wear the bag on your shoulder. Carrying this heavy, large bag at my elbow or in my hand is annoying and uncomfortable. Iman said in her sales pitch she reads every one of these reviews, so I hope she sees this and makes some improvements.

The bag is really a pretty bag, but it was just to big. Also the snaps would not snap and the straps are to short. I purchased the black bag and it was very nice to look at however I sent it back, I would love to see this bag in a smaller version with working snaps and long shoulder straps.

i luv, luv, luv this bag...got it in black! i too tried to carry this bag on my shoulder, it wasn''t happening. the straps should be extended a couple of inches. the side snaps are kind of difficult but i managed to close them. i think a divider and/or a zipper should have been added to this beautiful bag...it''s definitely a keeper!

and for $90 I expect the snaps to work without a pair of pliers!! Its big and boxy and needs the little shape to it bringing the sides in would give it -- back it goes!! |
