I have dogs and people with long hair, my hard wood floors look better. No vacuum has ever cleaned as well. Just empty and clean the brushes often if you have a hairy house hold.

Semsor brush fell off and couldn''t find screw, customer service were willing to send me a new set of 3 side sensor brushes at no cost to me. Great customer service and great product; however, I do have to clean all the brushes and empty tank after each usage

I have a new house with both hardwood floors and carpet. I can''t believe how well this works. Gets underneath the beds and goes around the baseboards wonderfully. I don''t know how I managed without it. I highly recommend this roomba.

I ordered this item two weeks ago and it is missing the latch. HSN Customer Service was of no help. Refused to send a replacement after spending this much cash. I feel as though I have been assaulted. Money is tight and HSN does not appreciate our business. I am so disappointed I have no desire to purchase any large ticket items or drop shipped items again. BUYER BEWARE.

i have nothing but hardwood floors and tile through out my house. i also have 2 cats and a dog. the irobot roomba is wonderful. i never would have believed how well it works!

Unable to use after 2 months. Needs a new brush motor which is on back order. Its already been 3 wks and I was told it will be 3-4 wks more.VERY DISGUSTED, waste of alot of money!!

Much improved over the original Roomba. Quieter, more powerful, cleans better, upgraded modularity and convenience. Still requires cleaning brushes, filter, removal of hair from bearings after each use. I''m disabled, so the Roomba works well in my small apartment which has low-pile carpet and vinyl. I sputtered and stewed when my old one died, as I''m not in agreement with replacing a $200 plus item every few years. I''d definitely recommend the Extended Warranty on this item.

I absolutely love this product! I have a large family and we have a lot of foot traffic. With all of the responsibilities of taking care of a home, I am pleased to have one less chore. This is definitely worth the money so if you can splurge, I recommend it! Plus the kids think it''s pretty cool and know how to work it!

from HSN. This series is by far the best and haven''t had any problems with the one I received in October and its cleaning capabilities are greatly improved. Can''t beat this price anywhere. My 4 older Roombas have their share of issues. I''ve just had all the carpet removed from my home and replaced with Pergo and with my second NEW Roomba I''ll have much less vacuuming to do....or at least that''s my plan. Be sure to get the extended warranty...you''ll probably need it.

I finally gave in and bought it on 4 easy flex- pays. What an amazing job it does! I am absolutely in love with it! I really never thought it would clean as well as it does -- you can''t believe how much stuff it picks up from the carpets, AND floors too! A must for every busy homeowner and worth every penny! Do not hesitate -- you will love it too! |
