This is my third IRobot Roomba vacuum and I love it. It does an excellent job on the carpets as well as the bare floors and it runs for a much longer time on a battery charge. I still use my other two Roombas, but by far this is my favorite. I would highly recommend this model. It is amazing to watch it work and then dock itself to recharge for the next "outing".

I purchased this Roomba after having a great experience with the Scooba and I''m not disappointed. I have a large home and it keeps the carpets looking fantastic. It became a bit aggressive with the Wii once when the grand kids left it out. I placed the Wii into a game organizer and problem solved. It hasn''t: asked for a raise, called in sick, or given me lip about how much work I ask it to do. ;o) 5 star performer at my house.

I recieved my roomba yesterday I was so excited and had been counting the days til it got here so when it did i found that it did not work at all would not dock and would not move called customer support at irobot they will be sending me a new one i just hope that this one will work or it will be going back to hsn for a refund.....I do want to add that customer service at irobot was very nice and helpful..

This sure is a great little gadget! Note though, it''s not what I would call quiet. It doesn''t bother me, but not something that you have on when watching t.v or on the phone. But the cutest thing is when my 6 year old son, Liam was watching it clean, he perked up and said "wow, mom, it''s like a mini-mom" . He definitely got the concept. :-) It does pick up dust and dog fur very well. I love it on my tile and hardwood. Overall, it''s great, smart and lasts for quite awhile on one charge.

I was very impressed at how well it works on all types of floors. I have been diagnoised with fibromyalgia. I am unable to run my large sweeper as needed. This is something I wish I had a long time ago. I will be purchasing another unit for use downstairs as well. thanks so much!! Oh yeah, the pets are very interested in watching it operate as well!!

I could not believe how much hair it picks up. I actually used my heavy duty vaccum cleaner that I thought cleaned up very well but then bought my roomba and tested it with that. Let me tell you, the results are amazing. Its extreamly smart as well. When it needs to charge it goes to the docking station on its own which I thought was very cool.

We have twins that are 12months so finding time to clean is not easy. As long as you keep up with your floors this machine is awesome!! Now I just need to buy the wireless command center.

It worked great for 2 hours. Much quieter than Discovery and slows up before bumping the walls and picks up so much stuff. The plate does however get scuffed up easily going under furniture. However, we noticed that the brushes stopped spinning (easy way to check is via the demo). We called up IRobot and they are supposed to send us a cleaning head module but it is on backorder. So I called up HSN regarding defective product. Thanks to HSN customer service, I can exchange it for a new one.

My father always thought this was a great invention, but I was skeptical. I watched numerous demonstrations on this and decided to buy one and try it out in honor of my father, who has past away. Once we got it home we tried Bernie(my father''s name) on regular floors and rugs. I can''t believe everything it picks up, even when the floor looks clean. It has made a believer out of me.

I have to admit the design and technology of this item is great but it really is not the item to use when you have pet hair on the carpets. The Roomba picks it up but it clogs the combs and while using it for two days, I must had to clean it 20 times. In the process of cleaning, I got all hairy and dirty. Sorry, I had to return it. |
