Love my Roomba

I work 12 hours over nights..I''m most of the time to tired or to busy to clean the floors. I got the Roomba an it did such a great job of going under beds, chairs,couches, around legs. It''s great so I got the other one Scooba It also does a great job. When I get home from work I push both of there buttons an go to bed when I get up every thing is clean. I wished I bought both of them sooner...

my roomba is a good house cleaner but it sometimes stops under the bed good thing not too much deep or else i couldn''t get it. also it stops cleaning since the storage got full every room which was either it cleaned well or my apartment is too dirty but also means it wont clean the whole 3 rooms at one time without me helping it.Then when i tried to push the dock when it needs charging it wont go there so for me even if its a few inches away. It helps me clean but needs a little helping.

I spend too much time emptying the bin full of pet hair, cleaning off the brushes and filter. Additionally, it gets stuck, because some of my furniture is a certain height off the floor. I had to pay more money to get three additional "virtual walls" so I could keep it confined and away from certain furniture. Also, I have a 1/2", 9''x11''wool carpet on top of my wall-to-wall carpeting and The Roomba cannot drive itself over this 1/2" height and needs a little push. I wish I had not bought it!

I LOVE MY ROBOT BECAUSE IT DOES REALLY WORK FOR ME. PEOPLE ARE AMAIZED WHEN THEY SEE IT WORKING.THEY ASKED ME WHERE DID I GET IT FROM. I TOLD THEM THE ONE AND ONLY "(HSN)".

Christmas gift...wonderful. Retirement home is 1500 sq feet all on one level. Have used it every day since I got it.....WONDERFUL.....WONDERFUL. home stays clean, it can vacuum while I do all else....WONDERFUL.....I do not need a housecleaner. I mop Kitchen floor and bathrooms once every 3 days, dust every week, do mirrors, change sheets once a week, I AM DONE....WONDERFUL...NOW I WANT THE ONE THAT MOPS THE FLOORS. DID I SAY WONDERFUL !!!!!!!!

This is the greatest. Really sweeps clean. I would never sell this for any amount if I was told I could never get another one. I am telling everyone how great the Roomba is.

I have a iRobot 530. I like the product and happy with it in the sense of its usability. But I am totally totally disappointed with the customer service. To me, you can even call it a customer service. I waited for over 1 hour for a customer rep. End up being routed back and forth by the same person. I think the support system is designed to have you be on hold for ever so that you can give up for any help. Even thought I like the product, but I will not recommend them to my friends.

This thing really works! Very easy to use and it picks up as much dirt as my full size vacuum cleaner!

LONG STORY SHORT, IT WORKED 1 TIME. (A WHEEL IS NOT MOVING AND IT GOES IN CIRCLES). NEVER GOT THRU TO IROBOT CUST SERVICE (OR LACK THEREOF), HAD US ON HOLD FOREVER SEVERAL TIMES. I HAVE ALSO EMAILED THEM SEVERAL TIMES AND GET THE AUTOMATIC RESPONSE, WE WILL GET BACK WITH YOU ASAP. WELL ASAP HAS BEEN WELL OVER A WEEK! I AM SO FRUSTRATED AT THIS POINT, I THINK EVERYONE SHOULD BE AWARE! I JUST EMAILED HSN CUST SERV & HOPE TO GET THIS RESOLVED. |
