I bought the Roomba so I could clean the floors in my house while I was on modified bedrest during my pregnancy and I know it will be a lot of help once the baby was here. This saved me from hiring a maid. Make sure all small items are picked up off the floor before vacuuming. Also, the Roomba''s charge usually will last through the vacuuming of two rooms and then it has to be recharged for a few hours. If you plan to do more than two rooms a day you might want to buy an extra battery.

I just received the Roomba and I am completely amazed at how it works. It took me @ 2hrs to vacuum my entire house and in the mean time I was able to do other chores. I have 2 dogs and a cat and keeping up with the hair has been difficult I think this is the answer to my problem. I hope it last a long time, I don''t know what I did without it. Who ever invented this is a genious!!

We bought the Roomba because we have a dog in the house and didn''t like dragging out our Rainbow Vacuum so much. We thought it would be nice to run the Roomba most of the week and only run the Rainbow occasionally. One night after running the Roomba we pulled out the Rainbow and ran it to see just how good the Roomba actually picked up. Amazing!! Very little was picked up by the Rainbow - so the Roomba really does pick up as much as the larger vacuum - but it cleans under furniture too!!

First time I''ve ever reviewed a product, and I''m a long time shopper. I''m a gadget girl, and this is the best ''gadget'' I''ve ever used. Not a gadget at all but a quality cleaning machine. I have a 2,500 square foot home and Roomba takes care of it all. My friend bought one as well and thinks it is the greatest thing since sliced bread! I will never have to use the central vac with the long,long hose ever again!!! Thanks, Roomba

"Lovely Rita" Roomba takes such good care of us! We live on a Longhorn Cattle Ranch in North Texas with a Chocolate Lab named Sara on a white gravel road. Between the road dust, boot dust and dog hair I was overwhelmed. Rita has definitely improved our quality of life! Wish I had done this sooner! "Thank You!" to the iRobot people for you amazing technology.

I have loved Dexter from the day I charged him up. I will get myself another for the hard wood floors upstairs so that I, I mean Dexter, won''t have to do 2 floors. My cats have come to be entertained by Dexter because they know he cleans up after them. This is the best buy. I do schedule Dexter to clean while I''m at work because he is a bit noisy , but what vacuum isn''t.

From the very first day, we were very pleased with the 560 and could not stop watching it clean. Very easy to set up and use. It really really works! We are considering buying another one for the upstairs. It finds dust and dirt we did not know we had. We vacuum every day and Roomba found even more. Only down side is battery should last longer. We get 1 hour from it but would like it better to run 2-3 hours for our environment. Would highly suggest it to almost anyone.

It does incredible job on all my floors, and I shopped around alot and HSN.COM had the best price. My floors are spotless, and with two dogs WOW! No moving chairsn the dining room: it even gets under the heat registers $the bed! It found a spool of thread that was under the bed, & said "check brushes" outloud! She goes right over cords, around dog bones, and even cleans my area rugs...all automatically! I wake up, and my floors are clean! So now I can do FUN things, not vacuum! |
