It was 15.00 on a special HSN was having, so I caved. It does a good job of cleaning already reasonably clean jewelry. It DID take some very light tarnish off some silver I had. It really spruced up lots of other stuff I have, too--including some semi dingy costume pieces. But it''s not the super cleaner Joy says it is--heavy tarnish, forget about it. For lots of grime and oxidation, don''t bother.

Although there were many bad reviews I thought I''d give the product a try for myself. I think I know why there are mixed reviews. It seems like the better the quality of your jewlery the better it cleans. I tried some silver earrings, none were as tarnished as the jewelry they cleaned on TV- and except for one pair all the others came out exactly the way they went in. I left some overnight and it didn''t clean them at all.

the solution is great...just look at the reviews for the solution only set....the sonic unit is very pretty and I like that it is clear so I can spot my jewelry left in it or see when i need to change the solution....I don''t have any silver...I clean gold and stones only....unit works great for me...

I am VERY pleased with how this jewelry cleaner works. I used it for the first time today and my wedding ring came out gorgeous. I used the little brush to get into the crevices, put it back in and buzzed for another 3 minutes. Came out sparkling beautiful! I have no idea why other people have complained out it. It is totally FINE. I highly recommend this!!!

I can’t believe how much this truly doesn’t work. Sometimes you get products that don''t work as well as you thought, but this truly does nothing. I am so disappointed in this product! I could not see a bit of difference in my jewelry. I strongly recommend not purchasing this product. You would be better off using the money towards driving to a jeweler to get it professionally cleaned!

I do not understand the negative comments - this is a great little cleaning machine; the solution is kind to jewels and metals yet very effective. This is not going to remove tarnish - you need a tarnish remover for that. Absolutes and Moissanites clean up beautifully!

The secret is to use a small brush after dipping the jewellery in for at least 2 minutes, and everything turned out beautiful, wish I could say the same for the hangars, which are continually breaking, every time I use them...but this is a good product. Try it

I agree with other viewers. This product does not work. The Dazzle jewelry wipes work so much better.

This doesn''t work at all. The tv spot showed very tarnished pieces that cleaned within seconds. I have tarnished pieces that wouldn''t even half-way clean after soaking overnight. Definitely sending this back! Would have rated this a zero if it were possible!

The jewelry cleaner is a waste of money. My sterling came out with most tarnish still on the surface. Better to use a good polish and soft cloth. I''m sending it back this week! |
