Do they field test their products?

I just received the Active Color duo yesterday and when I went to use it, I had the same issue that I see a lot of others had - it sprayed out EVERYWHERE. I tried everything, and it still bubbles out all over the place - and I do mean ALL over the place. I can''t believe that there is no warning on the lable or directions??? I would think that they must test their products before they distribute them - how do they not address this on the packaging? It will be going back.

THIS PRODUCT JUST DOESN''T WORK NO MATTER WHAT COLOR I USE. I HAVE VERY LIGHT HAIR SO I TRIED THE BLOND IT TURNED YELLOW SENT IT BACK. THIS TIME I TRIED THE LIGHT BROWN HOPING FOR A MORE BEIGE TONE IT TURNED REDDISH WASHED IT OFF RIGHT AWAY. NONE OF THEM SEEM TO WORK. I DID SOLVE THE VOLCANO PROBLEM TAKE IT OUTSIDE SHAKE IT REAL GOOD THEN OPEN HOLDING IT SIDEWAYS AND OPEN OH AND A PAPER TOWEL AND ALL OF IT FLOWS OUT YOU END UP LOSING ABOUT 1/4 THE BOTTLE BUT NONE ON YOU OR ANYTHING ELSE.

It does come out of the container if shaken too much - but please keep this product available - it is a great gloss product - LOVE IT

This product needs some work. When I opened the bottle there was a hissing noise and the color came bubbling out of the bottle like a volcano and didn''t stop for a minute or so. The bottle was then almost half empty. I had red dye everywhere. All over my kitchen sink, all over my skin (which temporarily colored my nails and fingers red). There is so much product that is wasted now before I can even use it. I''m going to try to use what is left of it on my hair and see how it goes.

I got this and used it and I do agreee it gives great shine and even puts back color as mine was starting to fade ... so for that side of it I love it. Just be forwarned that it is "active" ... I shook as suggested after removing cap and it still bubbled over and would not stop so I probably lost two to three treatments. A little less fizz and this would get five starts from me. I advice what ever you do use in in the shower.

The only issues I have with this are; I can''t figure out how to get the gloves untangled so you can use them, and it does explode like a volcano when you open it! So, I am going to take the advice of the last person listed here, stating that you should remove the seal before you shake it (as it is instructed to shake before using). As far as how it made my hair look...it has a nice healthy glow and shine about it now...I can''t even explain it. And it made my hair color seem more even.

I ordered the clear and have blonde highlighted hair. I love this product. I have been having problems with finding a product that leaves my hair soft, but not weighed down. This left my hair with a beautiful shine, but also very soft without weighing it down. It did explode on me, but that was when I first opened it and shook it without taking the seal off. So be careful when you first open, take off the seal and then shake it. Otherwise a perfect solution for colored hair.

I decided to give the Clear a try and really enjoy the results. It rinses out easily, leaves no residue and definitely leaves my hair shiney, full of body and my hair color has put the skids to color fade. I''m glad I ordered this product.

I used Michael diCesare Color Active High Gloss Color Glaze Twin Pack RED. I followed the directions. When I opened it- it EXPLODED-like a Volcano. It was all over me, my rug, my makeup table.I couldn''t stop this volcano of color from coming out of the bottle. Gave it a little squeeze to release the air. The only thing that was red was my scalp,it looked like I was in an accident. The wet hair after rinsing reminder me of my dog after a bath. THIS PRODUCT IS HORRIBLE.

when my hair grew back after chemo it grew in very fine you could see too much scalp especially around temples i blend just a little in with an old toothbrush and it does the trick |
