I''ve had this player about a week. I''ve had no problems what so ever. Very easy to use. Looks and Sounds great. Get a set of head phones because the ear buds don''t stay in your ears. Highly recommand!!

I purchased this product for my mother''s b-day. This was her 1st mp3 player and I wanted to get something simple with a big viewer. I have a philips mp3 so I was secure in the brand. It came in 3 days. My mom loved it. Her only complain was that she ran out of room. I didn''t think she would be on the computer til 4 am downloading songs. She was trying to remember all her favorite music. She loves it and I am happy I got it for her.

I ordered this and its stupid proof,I got it and 10 minutes later I down loaded 30 songs and am cleaning my house to rock and roll.Great price great item, easy to use and HSN is so easy to work with. Friendly customer service each time I have had to use them and some calls were complaints that were addressed promptly and quite fairly. Love HSN and even though I may not be a power buyer I am consistant and will continue to be due to great service,friendly help and easy in buying. THANKS SO MUCH.

Great player. Easy to load. Only 2 steps needed. 1. rip the cd to your computer. 2. load from computer to player. Great sound. Also the FM feature is great. This isn''t just for the kids, I''m 62 and I love it. Now my wife want''s one. |
