I am so happy that I bought this treadmill! I was a little hesitant initially due to some of the reviews, but I am completely satisfied. It was delivered in a timely manner and it took aproximately 2 hours to assemble (the directions were very clear). The quality of this machine is "Professional Gym" quality and all of the features are perfect (still easy enough to operate at home). Plus, I love the pre-programmed workouts. Greay buy - give it a try!

I bought this treadmill about 3 weeks ago and I love it. It took about 2 hours to put together and it is pretty heavy. If you are looking for a great treadmill for home use I would give this one a try. I love the built in programs and the weight loss card. I lost 5 lbs in the first 2 weeks, I haven''t weighed myself yet this week but the way my cloths are fitting tells me I have lost more this week. What do you have to loose with HSN you can send it back if you are not happy with it.

I have never been so angry! HSN should be sued!! This treadmill requred massive assembly. I hired a professional handyman to assemble it. An HOUR later, he discovers one leg is incorrectly welded; the wheel can''t be inserted. He takes it compeltely apart. I call ProForm. After a phone-tree & a long wait, they say "call HSN." The entire HSN experience has been a nightmare. They will not pick up for 21 days and they hold your money until the return is complete! I will never shop with them again!!

I purchased this a few months ago and just love it!! I am very impressed with the quality and workmanship of the treadmill, very sturdy. And I love the fact that I can plug in my IPOD and listen to music...plus the smart card work outs are a great bonus!

I have had it almost 2 weeks, It took my husband less then a hour to put it toghether, and we have both been using it since. I didn''t get the card with the package, I called and HSN had it send right away.We were looking for a good treadmill for almost 6 months and couldn''t find one that has all that this one has. The fitness card is awesome, It is a awesome machine,and a great price.THANKS PRO-FORM & HSN you have made our year YOU ROCK!!!!!!!

I bought this in February and it is great. I haven''t had any problems and I use it almost everyday. My entire family use it and we love it. It is a great value!!!

When I received this it did not work. I have had it for 3 months and it is still not working. I have had 2 visits from the service tech he has replaced everything except the control panel. That is on back order. I have tried 7 times to return this and Proform will not take it back. They keep sending me replacement parts, which does not work. I am still being charged for this because HSN insist that I return it before they give me credit, but if Proform will not take it back what do you do.

IN THE BEGINNING OMG I HAD TO GET PARTS, CONTROLER, FIRST CHECK TO MAKE SURE ALL OF YOUR CONNECTION ARE CONNECTED AND NOT LOOSE TO THE PANEL.BEFORE CALLING. ONCE I GOT THIS BABY TO WORK LOVE IT LOVE IT AND LOVE RHONDA AND HER WORKOUTS. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. I TALK WITH A REP EACH TIME THAT WAS POLITE AND TOOK TIME TO GUIDE ME THOUGH SOME STEPS. GOOD QUALITY EGUIPMENT. I HAVE HAD IT FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS . IT DOES TAKE ABOUT TWO HOURS TO PUT TOGETHER,BUT I DID SO ALONE.

I was a little skeptical about buying a treadmill off of tv without trying it out but we really love this one. We have had no problems and it is holding up very well. My husband runs on it and has had no issues. I wish the speakers were a little better but overall this is a great machine!!!

Received this January 8th and it did not work - called the 800 number and they connected me with a repairman. He has been out twice and ordered parts and it is still not working. I called again several times and he had to order more parts and they took forever to get here. Have had the parts for three weeks and still no repairman. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Will not buy a treadmill from HSN again. |
