Good while it lasted!

I purchased the 2-pak and my allergy symptoms subsided when used in my home. The smell subsided after a month or so. My problem is the fan quit working on one unit after a few months. The company will not return my calls. I get as far as the receptionist and other times, I get a voice mail. I am frustrated as I have always relied on HSN reputation of standing behind their products. I say to them, do not invite this company back for presentations as they are turning out to be flakey.

I purchased these a couple of months ago and I cannot believe the difference they make. They are truly remarkable. I have 2 of the large & expensive sharper image ionizers, and the Prozone Purifiers work SO much better. People could still smell smoke with the expensive Sharper Image, but they could NOT with these!! That really says something! Thanks so much Prozone & HSN!!

I bought the two unit promotion. Got it in Dec. and the fan went out by Jan. Love the way it made the room smell, just wish the fan worked!

Immediately upon plugging them in, I noticed a difference in the house. The units themselves give off a smell like the outside after a lightning storm! Just last week, we put them in our basement, after a party where people had been smoking. The basement smelled TERRIBLE! Upon bringing the Prozone units downstairs and leaving them on for less than 1/2 an hour, the ENTIRE basement smelled clean and fresh. We will be getting another 2 pack and are telling EVERYONE we know. They''re GREAT!!

At last a product that doesn''t emmit dangerous fumes and mess with my sinuses. My husband was stunned by the performance of these little machines. He no longer buys the air fresheners, etc. We have 4 cats and a dog in 1500 sq ft and no odor from them. We''ll never be without the Prozone System.

Ozone has its own smell, similar to line-dried sheets, much preferred to smoke or mustiness! These have been handy for removing odors from used items I''ve purchased online. I use it periodically but not 24-7, to extend the lives of the lights. They should cost less, since the bulbs won''t last more than a few years, and travel bags should have been included, not an upsell. Do not use more units than your square footage requires, as ozone can be a health hazard at high levels; also eats rubber.

Awesome...I have one and i placed one at my mom''s who lives in assisted living..everybody is happy. The staff there love it also..The care givers work hard..and this unit makes a huge difference for them..I have a brother who goes to China 7 times a year for work..He has placed his order.He can''t control the outdoor air quality but will use one in his hotel room ..Using the store kind of air fresheners only mask the problem...this system eliminates the odor all together.Great invention!!!....

I purchased the two pack when it was a TS and I''ve been extremely pleased with it. The ozone odor was evident the first few days, but then disappeared. My units are quiet and working great. I''m a heavy smoker and I love that I do not have to replace filters. I think this is a great product and have had no problems with them. I am thinking of purchasing more.

I had bought the 2 pack. One came that wasn''t even completely assembled and the other worked for about 2 hours. I sent them back and got replacements. One worked, the other started making noise after a day. HSN wouldn''t exchange it again. They would only let me return it. They suggested I return these and just order two more (at a higher price because they were no longer on sale) I was so angry I returned EVERYTHING I purchased from HSN during the holidays.

I bought the two pack as a TSP. I couldn''t be happier! I am a smoker and I have friends ask me if I quit. The Prozone has all but eliminated the smoke smell. I like the Prozone so well, I''m ordering another 2 pack at the regular price. I don''t understand other reviewers issues. Mine work great, are very quiet and I think leave a fresh smell to the air, not an odor. |
