Terrible odor !!

I loved the size of this purifier but after having on about 10 min. I noticed the odor and was unable to tolerate it. I sent this back. Good idea but the odor just defeated the concept.

I just returned from an annual trip to Aruba where we stay in the same beach villa each year. Normally we buy candles and air freshener to cover the damp smell. This year - I put the little 2lb Prozone in my checked luggage and took it to Aruba. As soon as we got there I placed it on a high shelf. Immediately we noticed the air was fresher. Friends would mention how nice our villa smelled. The Prozone will be going on vacation with me every year!

I''ve had it for a few days now and it''s taking all the cigarette smoke out of the house. I noticed the smell every one is mentioning but it''s not bad and is dissipating. I''m going to order another one. Great product.

The odor is too strong and it never killed the cigarette odor in the room it lingered and smelt stale. I will return this because for the money it''s not worth it. can''t recomend.

I ordered this item several months ago. It work great. However, it gave off an odor that did not smell like "crisp mountain air." My daughter who suffers w/allergies said it made her sneeze. I said down near it and it also made me sneeze. I sent it back. Would not recommend to anyone.

Have 4 dogs at my house Always a dog smell until I bought 2 of these. Keep each one in a different area of the house. Strong bleachy odor went away after a few days for me. I NEVER smell dog when I come in the house. I bought mine (2)last year and have never had a problem with it. I run mine 24 x 7 and it keeps a neutral smell in my home. Not masked over, just clean smell. Also works great in your closet for removing odors from shoes and clothing. Move them around where needed.

Don''t order this what a overpriced peice of trash. It worked for about 2 months and then the fan starting making a horrible loud noise, I was afraid it would start on fire and turned it off. HSN''s quality control department should do a better job so their valued customers wouldn''t waste a large sum of hardearned money and loose trust in HSN. I might as well have flushed a $100.00 down the toilet.

I bought this the beginning of August and it quit working last weekend! It began to make this loud rattling noise you could hear all over the house. I turned it off and have since tried it again but to no avail. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend this.

I have had them all Oreck, Living Air,just to name a few and for the price you can''t beat the product, if you hate pet odors or have a bad odor from cooking this is it, plus a lot more, just think of all the money you spend on air fresheners from the ones you plug in to sented candles, all to just cover up oder temp. now you can take care of them perm. Great air cleaner. Also thanksssss sooooooo much for flex pay! Happy Holidays

In 2 days it started making a hissing sound that got louder & louder, as others have mentioned .So I called HSN to replace it. Same thing happened, but at least it gave me 5 days before making the same exact sound. I was told from an HSN rep he got an email about someone describing the same sound. Sending it back to get my money & shipping due to it TWICE being defective. This company needs to go back to their drawing board and start over. Save yourself the aggrevation that I just went through. |
