missing washers, this is why im having all the leaks in the conections and why im sending back. if it wasn''t for that i really do like it and all the dif. setting feel good.

Easy to install! Feels great with all the different setting to choose from. And that is from a person who takes a five minute shower. With this you just don''t want the shower to end. Great pressure. You will not be disapponted with this purchase. Thank you RainSpa for the great value !

Worked great for the 1st 2 wks.1st thing to go was the hose connection to the hand held. Replaced that & changed settings on main head while in the shower & it came apart in my hand!Now water leaks from every & I mean every connection. Unable to contact the manufacturer to get a replacement. But why bother? Plus according to the Warranty I am required to pay to ship the broken pieces to them to get replacements!?Disapointed that HSN would sell a product as poorly constucted as this one.

I loved everything about my Rainspa until it broke in 30 days. I turned it on one day and the shower head fell off. It was a great 30 days while it lasted.

I have an extremely small shower in my townhouse and this shower head was perfect for me. With the option of the two shower heads, I am able to hit my entire body with water without running into a wall. My only complaint is (having originally purchased the item from Bed Bath & Beyond) two of the jets on one of the heads were deformed. Luckily I noticed this before installing it and was able to return it to the store.

THIS DOUBLE SHOWER IS EVERYTHING THEY SAID AND SHOWED ON T.V. THE PRESSURE IS JUST WONDERFUL AND EACH ONE HAS GOOD PRESSURE. I''VE SEEN THIS STYLE FOR A LOT MORE MONEY AND MORE COMPLICATED TO INSTALL. THE SHOWER CAN BE RINSED OFF EASILY NOW AND I CAN''T FIND ANYTHING "WRONG" WITH IT. I HIGHTLY RECOMMEND THIS ONE.

I bought two, my husband used his first, and was very pleased. We really liked the idea you could use both at the same time. I was very impressed. The only thing we found was it is very hard to change the settings with the shower running. Great product.
Great Concept - Material could be much better

Just got mine today. Could not wait. Of course it was plastic. The hose was the issue. The hose came right out of the fitting. Great concept. I have some difficulties it would have been great. It did go together well and easily; but if you cannot take a complete shower before it breaks not good. I would have paid more for a better material. It was a part that failed not the connections or how it was connected. |
