This watch is absolutely lovely when all the turquoise chips are in place. However, the second time I wore the watch I noticed one of the turquoise chips had fallen out leading me to believe the watch is poorly constructed and like others questioning how it passed quality assurance. Since it has been more than 30 days since I purchased the watch, it sits in my drawer never to be worn again, and I would definitely think twice before ordering another Adrienne item made in a similar fashion.

I would have given a higher score for the beautiful design and good quality of the watch. The leather band was a tad lighter, but OK. But upon examing after 1st wearing, a section of turquoise chipped. Not that noticeable...yet. HSN''s Quality Control Dept. may want to include instructions for preserving the turquoise with some kind of polish or sealant. If I knew of one, I would have put on to prevent the turquoise from breaking apart and falling out.

Just loved this watch when I opened the box, in fact, I ordered both silver and goldtone. Two turquoise stones fell out the 1st time I wore it. So disappointed in the quality of this Adrienne watch. I have other watches by Adrienne and love them.....so needless to say, these went back. Sorry, HSN!

I love this watch. I am returning it because the turquoise fell out on mine also. I was so excited to receive and then my heart broke because it fell apart.

I was so looking forward to receiving this watch even though the previous reviews were not so good....but i have to agree....with everyone else...this watch is poorly made and HSN quality control was not on their game to let these watches through....when mine arrived it looked as if it had been worn for some time....band was faded....and very stiff....didnt lay on my wrist very well....
My Stone feel out alos and it is hard to replace

I saw the Turquoise top round stone had fallne out I was at dinner and it was no where to be found? I am careful with my jewelry even if cost less then $100.I am contacting Customer service as I had the watch over the 30 days I think it is a shame to have this happne and hope there is a recourse for me with HSN and their customer satisfaction promise lets see if I get it?? deLadyBex

Ordered the watch in gold. Was pretty but 2 pieces of turquoise fell out the first time I wore it. Sent it back, will not reorder. Not the usual quality for Adrienne''s items.

I wear turquoise quite a lot and this watch is great. Looks good with so many different colors. Like it with brown and it really perks the brown up. |
