I received this order yesterday. It is going back into the box and being returned. The colors are not what is showing on the website. I ordered the gold and it is mustard colored, very unattractive. Quality of material is very poor. This was for my summer cottage and I am very disappointed.

i was lucky enough to catch this on the 50%clearance day. i agree that colors are way off...ordered gold looks shiny and light in pic, but was a duller heavier gold and pink looking flowers were a wine colored, but over all for the amt of things i recieved for price..it made me want to go to bed!!! sheets were a lil scratchy, but purchased better set....come on people..have you priced these separatly? still pretty set!

Well, I was hesitant, after reading the bad reviews on this item, to purchase it. But, I wanted to give this a try for myself. And, WOW I am so glad I did! This blanket is a very nice size, as I ordered this in the King and this is what I saw the most complaints about. I used a few of the curtains in our guest bathroom for the shower area. It is just gorgeous!! So, anyone that wants to purchase this item, take it from me...it''s BEAUTIFUL AND WELL WORTH IT!!!

This complete bed ensemble has brought my bedroom back to life. Everything is included! I was worried at first when I looked at the box trying to figure out how they were able to pack everything into just one box. But to my pleaseant surprise everything unfolded and unwrinkled with ease. The size and length of the comforter was just right. Job well done!!!

I am so happy i didn''t listen to the rest of the reviews. i am sorry that the others weren''t happy with what they recieved. I have a queen size bed, with one of those new large mattresses. so i ordered the king size. it fit very nice. it gave me the extra width i was looking for. the color was great. i ordered the gold set. i am very happy with it.

I also did not read the negative comments until after ordering. I was sure I had made a mistake. But I am VERY pleased. Looks better in person than in the picture. No complaints about fabric or size. Comforter is the same size as my existing comforter. A few threads need to be clipped-no big deal. I have seen the same on other purchases. No unpleasant odor. I will use the valances in my bath to coordinate the 2 rooms & 2 of the panels in a 2nd bedroom. Great value and great product!

I PURCHASED THE BLUE IN KING SIZE AND IT FITS MY BED PERFECTLY. AND, I ALSO HAVE A FEATHER BED ON TOP OF MY MATTRESS. MY SET HAD NO THREADS HANGING LIKE SOME OF THE OTHERS REVIEWS SAID AND NO SMELL AT ALL. I AM TOTALLY PLEASED WITH THIS SET. WOULD DEFINATELY BUY ANOTHER SET!!!

I didnt read all of the negative reviews until after I had already ordered, so needless to say, I was worried. I ordered the sage and it is gorgeous. It is really very nice,considering the cost. I got the king and it fit just fine. It had no odor. There were some loose threads, but none that were apparently pulled loose from the fabric. I would buy another set with no hesitation. You want top of the line, get something else, you want a nice bedding set that''s a great value, try this.

I am not sure if this is the type of quality of all the Highgate Manor products but if so I will not buy from them agian. The quality on this is worse than any discount retailer. The comforter is to small for a King bed and the sheets well...happy ironing!! |
