needs improvement in packaging

When I received my order the cellophane wrapping was intact. After removing the cellophane, and removed the cap, the stuff was spilled all over inside the cap. Somehow the stuff got pumped out during shipment? They should tape the pumping mechanism shut or something to prevent leakage. One item is about half an ounce, looks like almost all of it is gone, the other one is an ounce, almost all of it is gone too--to leakage. The cream expires 09/08, seven months from Feb.
Look at the Exp Date!

I just got my set and on the shipping box and products that the stuff expires 10/2008. No wonder they were pushing this hard a week ago. The other stuff I got expires in 18 months... Ladies....just look at the expiration when you get your items!!

I just received this kit. I am 52. It feels good on my skin, but I haven''t used it long enough yet. In the demonstration Jennifer says to use it day and night. The description say''s daytime.The graphic say 2oz of the moisterisor, and when I received it, it was only 1.6oz. I''m sure it''s good,but Jennifer should get the information straight.

It wouldn''t make a difference if the cream helped your skin or not, I couldn''t get past the terrible smell. I sent it back the same day I received it.

I have been using these products for a long time and decided to try this vanity trio. The packaging is nicer but you get less product (1.7 oz. of the cream versus 2.0 oz. if you get the tube). Also, the cream has a very strong sunscreen smell that it did not used to have. I am going to discontinue my autoship.
