Disappointed!!!

I just received this product and was able to get ot a tiny amount.. the pump doe not work! I pumped and pumped and pumped... this is too bad I was hoping to use this product but is is useless to me if I can''t get it out!

I pumped this stuff about 50 times with no luck. I read similar reviews, and I was mad as hell for not listening. Thinking I was sending in back, I held the bottle between my knees, pumped the thing like a crazy person close to 100 times... now it works like a charm! Might want to try it before going through the hassle of sending it back. The cream seems nice, and the tote is cute with nice padded feel.
No lightening of my sunspot

I bought this to lighten a sunspot I have, but after using this twice a day for about a month I have not seen any improvement. To be fair, I have tried EVERYTHING on this sunspot with no positive results. In fact, most products burn my sensitive skin, but not this one. I will say that my pump works just fine, and I do like the feel of this product. It is really light and moisturizing, and very gentle. Even just as a moisture product it was worth the cost, but I do wish it lightened for me.

I ordered this after reading some of the results. I have brown spots on my neck I was hoping it would lighten...but no such luck. This cream did nothing for me...no positive results.
The Pump is horrible and totally worthless

I wish I could give this product a higher rating but I can''t even get to it to use it. I thought the pump had been improved. If so, only those products should have been shipped out instead of those that were known to have a worthless delivery system. I pressed the pump 10+ times and nothing would come out. Jennifer this packaging needs to be dumped for a regular pump. It''s too unpredictable. I am angry at having to pay S & H both ways for a defective item.

I have tried many, many products to brighten my skin but mostly to get the age spots to fade but most were very harsh and unpleasant to use with minimal results. This product is truly a God sent. I saw fading of one big brown patch above my lip within days and on my cheeks within three weeks my brown pigments are gone. Plus my face is bright and lifted looking. LOVE LOVE LOVE this product!

WHEN I FIRST SAW IT WHEN IT WAS NEW I DIDNT PAY MUCH ATENTION TO IT, I THOUGHT IT WOULDNT WORK ON MY BLOTCHY SKIN, BUT WAS I WRONG, I LOVE THIS PRODUCT IT REDUCES THE REDNESS I HAVE ON MY FACE, I USE IT TWO TIMES A DAY. WHAT GOT ME WAS THE BAG, IT LOOKED SO CUTE, AND IT IS, I USE IT TO PUT MY LAPTOP.

I tried this product because there is nothing else like it out there. I wanted luminous skin and got it with this product. I love the way my skin looks after applying. I glow, but do not look glittery. The bag was also a nice suprise! i will use it alot this summer. Although i love this product, the packaging is a little off, i have to pump multiple times to get any product out. all in all, great product, love the bag.

I RECENTLY WATCHED THIS PRODUCT AIRED ON HSN AND INSTANTLY SAW RESULTS ON THE MODELS SKIN. I WAS SO EXCITED TO GET THIS PRODUCT AND IT IS ONE OF THOSE ITEMS I DON''T WANT TO BE WITHOUT! I HAVE UNEVENED SKIN TONE AND IT IS OFTEN DULL. WITH THE FIRST USE I NOTICED MORE EVEN TONE AND EVEN THE NEXT DAY MY SKIN LOOKED ALOT MORE YOUTHFUL. I TRULLY FEEL BETTER ABOUT MYSELF WHEN I USE THIS PRODUCT!

I tried this product when it first came out and quickly returned it because the pump shot the product everywhere. I could''t even tell anything about the proct because of this. I decided to give it another try because Jennifer said that the pump had been fixed. I have had NO PROBLEMS with the new pump. The product is amazing and I''m glad that I am on auto ship!! I have oily skin and this doesn''t cause me to look shiney! I''m glad that i gave it another try!! Great job Serious Skin Care!!! |
